It's really nice to be able to receive the Xoxoday rewards, however; when redeeming them can be a hassle. On two occasions, I have tried to use the reward in the store and have been unable to both times. Both times the supervisor tried to assist in typing in the numbers and scanning the bar code on my phone and on paper. It was declined both times. I had to pay cash in order to move forward with my purchases. When purchasing items online, it's easier, but sometimes I want things in the store and not online.

Tryin to use the cards in the actual store so one can have to option to receive items of their desire.

My favorite thing about XOXOday Plum was there are so many choices of gift cards or charity donations.
What do you dislike about the product?
2nd time using error occurred, so I needed technical help. Technical assistance helped resolve this within 24 hours and even followed up!

Xoxoday Plum is giving employees choice of there appreciation awards.
Xoxo day is a wonderful experience for employees

I redeem my points to zomato app. But due to server issues it was not approved. When I was mailed on customer care.they are very punctual and getting me a very quick response.

The negative point is , if we use for PayTm wallet it goes to Gift Wallet. The points should go to regular wallet not the gift wallet. You guys have to work on this
