What do you like best about the product?
I have facing issue my side i requested to Xoxoday issue resolved within 5 minutes on I'm very excited about the services

Nothing because all is good dislike is I'm dislike

Voucher redeem was facing
Software that makes our manual work less by rolling vouchers at one time
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo Day is a very easy-to-use software that our team uses to roll out the vouchers to our clients and for other processes. It's very easy to implement, and it is beneficial. The team in the customer support department helps us whenever we face any issues. We do use this software very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is nothing much; it does exactly what we need. Hence there won't be any complaints from our end for xoxo day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxo Day helped us roll out the vouchers, which was a manual task for us where we used to send the vouchers one by one. After xoxoday came into the picture, we have automated this process and we entered the details, and the vouchers are being sent automatically, which is a lot of time-saving and cost-saving for us.
Best Platform to reward employees
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo day have a plenty of vendors to convert to vouchers, hence thats an ease to convert xoxo days into to shopping vouchers
What do you dislike about the product?
Xoxoday is a great platform in rewarding employees, although the only reason for giving an 8 is becuase it does not allow to directly credit the amount to a bank account. For Indian users, it has to go through PayTm which is not used by everyone and involves a deduction of transactional charge

Employee recognition and rewarding employees. We use xoxoday for our incentive programs

Plum is a very quick way to reward your employees. Its easy to recharge and quick to reaward.

There is not much to dislike, but they can have some internal processes improved.

XOXODAY plum helps us reward in multiple ways. Also, it helps our employees with a plethora of options to choose from. Redeeming the vouchers is super easy

Can we reduced SLA from 24-48 hours. Also should have Contact number.

Lots of different categories and vendors to choose from.

Site offers a lot of national brands and names. It would be cool to add some local vendors as well, places a little easier for me to get to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I received a gift card from my manager. The follow up email takes about 90 days with the card number. It had just passed 4 months without me getting it. I emailed xoxoday with a screen shot the recognition with value, and got the funds released to me a day later.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is quite simple & ease to use. This includes several awards, personal awards, Milestone, Thank you cards etc.
Reminders sent through the system to use the points. Any unused points are not wasted and available in the wallet.

Nothing as such but reporting part can be bit improved

All the R&R is on common platform, just load the wallet when required which helps to manage budgets
Best place for coupons
What do you like best about the product?
They have almost all coupons for every market place and their Support team is very helpful even on weekends.

Sometimes the site gives unseen errors which is an issue.

In my organisation we receives reward points which we can redeem via xoxoday plum.
Using Xoxoday plum is very helpful as I can purchase the coupons of various market places like Amazon, Swiggy Zomato and we also get some discounts on these coupons.

Simplifying the voucher rolling process
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday is a one-stop platform where you can vouchers from variours vendors like myntra, amazon, flipkart, etc. Additionally, we get discounts on brand vouchers when they are bought in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xoxoday should clearly display if the voucher is successfully redeemed by the customers or not. Also, it should not send vouchers to the mail ids in case any mail address is not found and rather should show a warning.

Xoxoday Plum keeps our employees engaged and motivated by providing them with a variety of reward alternatives.
