I faced the technical issue while redeeming the voucher I reached to the tech team, they responded very quickly and helped me to redeem my voucher
The response of my email was very quick

It is very helpful to resolve issues related to reward incentives and my query was resolved quickly it was very helpful and easy. It was easy to integrate with them and easy implementation of problem solution. They have good features.

I liked it overall nothing seemed like a problem it was easy to use

It solved my problem of not been able to see my reward code and they resolved it quickly and efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
I had placed an order for an item and I was facing some issues in having it reedemed. I contacted the custome service via email and they were amazing in helping me to have the issue resolved on priority.
Their prompt response helped me alot as this item was very important and had to be delivered on the same day that I had placed an order on.

They were able to address the issue I had with claiming the gift voucher. They provide updates and they make sure your issue will be resolved.

Downside is there are some issues redeeming the egift but I know that it's on the vendor's side

Normally there are issues with login and incorrect code. My issue is with Code. The team immediately responded and sorted out really quick.

We can create all our schemes and can track the impact of schemes easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we search any specific scheme we need to apply many filters but as soon we complete our task the screen get started from home page instead of filtered items only.

Scheme payout calculation makes easily and also the communication for the same is very easy to all users.

1.Compass is any easy tool to helps us calculate different type of trade promotion scheme on easy go and we can track the scheme performance at any point of time.
2.Complex scheme can be easily integrated with the tool.
3.Mathematical accuracy in calculating the reward value.
4.Dealer/network can easily judged its performance in terms of lifting and its discount.
5.Manual work is reduced and we can easily clone same type of scheme in one go by changing the period.
6.New feature which was recently introduce where we can edit the metric and plan get auto corrected is helpful for user and saves lot of time.
7.Customer support from there team members are always there. We can easily reach them in one call and they help us in all possible way in sharing there expertise with us to solve problems or creation of schemes

2.Month end data get refreshed on 1 of next month as a result we have to delay our working for matching payout on 2nd day.
3.Currently the login portal is taking longer time in sending otp to user.(6-8 min)

This tool really helps us creating different types of benefits for the stakeholders.As its for them only to get all the details of their transactions.
The tool is quite simple and easy to use although we are using this since past 6 months but still we are very familiar with this one.

On perspective of regular user we face some challenges at the time of functioning.
The system does not allow us to get dpne all the desired things at one shot, we have to do it on multiple of times if it about creation.
Some time technical glitch is over there for creating any sort of schemes.
There are lot of advancement needed in this software for the user who consumes and works on daily basis.
