xoxoday is amazing to reward the employees
What do you like best about the product?
The list of options they provide so I can choose based on my requirement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can win everyone's heart by the gift items we choose, this will give them options to buy whatever they wish.
The main challenge with shipping gifts is to source them as getting the right quantity was a bit of a challenge and shipping them is another huge issue.
As organization-wide we were discussing the list of things that could be sent as gifts to the employees. There were several suggestions and we couldn't narrow it down to the smaller list as it was tied up with availability, logistics and returns etc, Then we heard about xoxoday and it became an instant hit

What do you like best about the product?
The range they offer and the variety of products. Once I faced some issue due to a technical issue at Xoxo end but they provided complete support and resolved in 30 mins

Nothing seems to be dislinking. It has all the needed brands

We can download cards as low as 10rs too. So it is very good

Ease of use, Global applicability, wide range of stores, personalized messaging, good experience in client interaction, intuitive tool

Until now, we have not faced any issues with the platform.

Saves a lot of HR time as we do not have to think much about what to gift—ease of operations.spot awards /incentives can be taken care of with no hassles.

The benefits are to find the different or vast categories to redeem your rewards, its not specific to any one certain brand.

The choice of gift coupons that one can redeem is also varied and full of options. The look and feel of the webpage is very similar to a social media page which makes it even more fun and exciting. Great way to bring cohesion among coworkers through this fantastic portal.

I don't see any significant flaw in the portal, which I dislike. But yes if options of posting photographs can also be a great add-on while appreciating someone.

Though it becomes a little challenging to appreciate your coworkers or subordinates in a one-to-one way but this portal helps in appreciating someone out of the busy schedule.
I can see what's going across my organisation and I feel connected to my colleagues.
