What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2's Marketing Solutions is the dedicated support you get from your Account Manager / Account Executive. They ensure that you get your G2 account set up for maximum impact, and also provide best-practice insights on how to drive authentic, stellar reviews from your customers. Their quarterly reports are also great 'milestones' to plan your review-growth goals by, as they give you something to 'aim for' in your efforts to grow your G2 presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the internal Admin menu setup is a little confusing to navigate. I guess that this is partially because of how many features/options G2 has, but perhaps this could be laid out a little better. Also, some of the ranking metrics G2 uses to place your company in the rankings for appropriate categories don't always seem to relate to product maturity. I.e. the number of employees in a company. I understand that this can, at times, impact product quality, but at the same time - a large company doesn't an excellent product make!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to develop, and maintain, a strong presence on G2 as a trusted and high-traffic review/social proof site, driving more good quality leads to our site, in the form of signups and demos.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 provides valuable insight into how we compare with our competitors, along with many great tools to enhance our visibility in the marketplace. Our customer success/relationship managers have been a huge help in finding new and creative ways to boost our presence (thank you Kaylan and Dani!!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Our position on the grid isn't necessarily 100% accurate, but that's not entirely a G2 issue. Other than that, there's not much to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping to strengthen our presence and is providing us with leads and references that we may not have known about otherwise.
Excellent customer success offering
What do you like best about the product?
To date we've been provided with friendly and thorough customer assistance. Will and Swati are always available to respond promptly to any questions we have. They are knowledgable about the product and make efforts to understand your market and provide examples of how best you can use the solutions on offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin GUI is slightly too nested in places and it can be hard to navigate if you don't use it on a regular basis. It would be good too if the product categories were a little more granular as the one we are in is not 100% accurate for our market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Promoting our tool as a solution to users who are in the market for a similar offering and allowing them to view it within the framework of a direct/ indirect comparison. Eases this for end user.
Great buyer insights & helpful team
What do you like best about the product?
Have always used G2 as the source of truth for researching & comparing products. It has been a super useful tool on the flipside to position ourselves and help prospects understand if we'd be the right fit for them. Also a great place to capture feedback & insights from our current customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to work with, which can be overwhelming. Highly recommend taking a shared team approach to implementing G2. That being said, the G2 team is highly involved and super helpful.

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I had a great experience speaking with Jack Smith about our options and opportunities with G2. Having worked and spoken with a lot of people in similar roles, I can confidently say Jack did an outstanding job. Took the time to do his research, asked lots of questions, listened carefully and overall made our interaction feel like a conversation rather than a sale. Well done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model isn't in line with what we are looking for at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to increase our digital presence and have yet another place to direct clients when they'd like to share their experience.
Jack and John are HEROES!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to measure company success on reviews, working in tandem with the G2 team to create successful review campaigns, the people (John Sarhage and Jack Garvey) are OUTSTANDING in customer service, experience, and competence of the platform. They're setting us up for success, and teaching me how to effectively leverage the platform, read metrics, and increase our review responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Ya'll are the bomb. It's not something I dislike, and it probably exists somewhere I just haven't looked into it – a heat map of where people are stopping in their reviews. Perhaps I could make it easier on our customers with that type of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a digitally polluted world, it's hard to gain credibility and trust with a company's target audience. G2 and your secure process of retaining reviews help enhance credibility. We live in a society that has the most educated and informed prospects in history. And with so many platforms buying 5 star reviews, this company helps us stand out, and build relationships with the people who matter most to my business. The tracking analytics and customizations you offer help us improve our outreach to existing customers as well for more reviews.

The speed of new updates / features can improve. We'd like to see more insights on Intent signals.

Great Support and CSM Team
What do you like best about the product?
The CSM team was very helpful in setting up the account and helping with all the questions and doubts we had. One of the other things is the Banbora intent is also added in our intent data and makes it very easy to target accounts

I am still skeptical about the market presence score in their quarterly reports.

Fantastic platform to research potential companies and collect reviews for your own
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 interface is easy to use when building product profiles - there are a wide variety of avenues (descriptions, downloads, screen shots, videos, etc.) to provide information to potential customers, integrate with existing company systems to ensure leads route appropriately, and the G2 team has many great suggestions on how to encourage existing customers to review your products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any negatives, with G2's continuous evolution of more features, supporting more integrations, and providing enhanced review strategies, they really are the leader for both customer feedback and honest product research. Keep doing what you're doing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although companies greatly enjoy receiving positive feedback, it is very useful to receive negative feedback as well - it provides insight into customer pain points and shows us where we need to grow, while being able to publicly address concerns and provide a thorough customer experience
