G2 exceeds all expectations!
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing how many useful features the G2 platform has. Most of them you can easily use in a few clicks. Well-thought-through and organized information and step-by-step manuals make it easy to navigate the platform by yourself. And tones of case studies and examples shared by the team in comprehensive guides make it easier to navigate through the variety of ways you can use G2.
But the most important is the G2 team working with you. They are professionals that help you to get the maximum from your experience. In some way, it feels like you reinforced your own team with new members who generate ideas of what else could be done to improve your marketing results and even do part of your job (like outreach and so on). Fantastic!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really.
In the beginning, it's a bit confusing to understand what's exactly included in each plan if you're unfamiliar with the names of the platform's features (as there're many of them). It's not a disadvantage, as your managers will eventually walk you through them. But I would recommend that all who think about using G2 on a pro level invest a bit of their time learning what's in the admin panel to ensure better understanding from the beginning.

Our two main goals were the work on raising brand awareness and increasing social proof. G2 badges and a rating system based on reviews are the perfect tools for both.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a wealth of data available to use, from reports to widgets. I like that you can't buy the top spot; you have to earn it with reviews. Which is tough for smaller companies like us, but our Customer Success and Relationship Managers are super helpful as they support us to build our presence.
Our CSM (Lucy) is brilliant. She's super responsive and is always helping us to make the most of our profile and paid solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The SSO process has been a little flaky, but this is something that doesn't affect our day-to-day use. And there's no native integration into MSFT Dynamics which means we're using spredsheets instead of just pushing buyer intent data there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions is helping us to build our market presence and gather honest feedback from our customers to help us improve our Talent Developemtn suite.

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly atmosphere on calls. Combined with product knowledge and great follow-up. I'm newer to using G2 as a promotional tool but enjoying the options to explore.

There is a little uncertainty about reports and how they are calculated. Understandable that it's not totally on display but more heads up comms before deadline would be helpful.

Helping us build more social proof in the market. G2 is respected within the community.

I believe the price for the reports is too expensive. Also not being able to use them after the subscription ended seems unfair considering you paid for it.

The more reviews gathered, the more functionality is unlocked, such as additional marketing content and the ability to create landing pages to curate your reviews.

It is too easy for random pages to be created for your products, and even if they are unadopted, customers do not know that whicht can impact search results

Unique content and a body of testimonials that we may not have sourced without the help of G2 and our awesome CSM

What do you like best about the product?
Working with G2 has been a breeze. Their innovative tools and platform allow us to remain at the forefront of our industry. Their team is always on hand to help out and provide best practices.

G2 is a fantastic platform for gathering authentic reviews. However, this strict process of gathering genuine reviews makes it longer for users to share their feedback. Reviews are often rejected.

Excellent support and care from the G2 team
What do you like best about the product?
For me as good as the platform is for helping us showcase our product, it's the wrap-around support and care that really helps G2 to shine. Our account team are super supportive and the monthly call really allows us to get the most out of the platform.
For the platform itself, most things are super simple and intuitive which makes getting to grips with it quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond a few minor UI tweaks here and there (which are quite subjective) there isn't anything really I'd use the word dislike for. It's be great to be able to have a bit of a trial of some of the more advanced features looked away behind a license upgrade.

G2 is really helping us in two key areas: brand familiarity and lead gen.
As a relatively new entrant to an ever-growing market, G2 allows people who are looking for a solution like us, to learn about us. Even if we're not a top-of-mind solution (yet), we get included in a lot more conversations than we perhaps otherwise would.

Great platform and an even better team!
What do you like best about the product?
Being the largest tech marketplace, it gives a unique opportunity to find the software you require for specific needs, plus the trust that it will measure to expectations thanks to the unbaised and authentic reviews left by real users. On the other side, working with G2 to list our company within their different categories, build trust in the community and showcase our unique product has been a very rewarding experience. Their team is always on top of everything and is ready to help in anything that might come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, we are currently developing our project, and everyone has been very responsive. Even when, from our side, there have been some doubts about how to leverage our presence, the G2 team has been there in every step to demonstrate the value and how we can profit from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the process of launching our product internationally; G2 is helping us to touch ground in different regions and build trust within the international community. Thanks to various action plans, trainings, reviews, marketing assets, etc., we are able to 1. engage with our current community and clients while building our reviews and, in the process, learn what has been benefiting them from working with us and what we need to improve, 2. raise awareness of who we are, what we have to offer and our value in such a big audience, 3. differentiate ourselves from our competition and how our offer might be better depending on specific needs and 4. boosting confidence that we are a professional and dedicated company working to improve HR all over the world.

They explained everything to us, clearly showed us. When we didn't understand something, we went back to it and it was explained to us again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this service expensive for small businesses. It would be nice to be able to try the G2 for a few days for free with all the features. Sometimes I find G2 confusing and I have to search for things in it.

We are working on improving our juno.one profile. Thanks to the marketing meeting, we discovered new functions in G2.
