Best place to research and compare software
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us reach new audiences through reviews. Their team has been super helpful; they helped us deploy successful review campaigns, and ultimately reach leader status in various reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to Marketing Solutions, however some of our customers found the review process to be hard to understand (like the fact that they need to create an account to leave a review) and also the review questionnaire a bit long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attracting more customers organically through leader reports and reviews. Empowering our Sales team with comparison reports.

What do you like best about the product?
They have excellent Relationships and Success Managers. They are super responsive and persistent in solving your issues. You can feel personalized attention from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't mention anything significant. Maybe there are some minor UX issues within the web dashboard. But this doesn't negatively affect the outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can collect many authentic reviews from our current customers. It is straightforward to do it. G2 handles mainly anything here. It makes easier to communicate with your B2B prospects.

I really like the professional support that you get from the customer success team from G2. They will come up with ideas, best practices and more to help or even design the whole review strategy with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dont link is the fact, that you can not chance or edit the questions that are asked in the review process. That means for some of our users, we can not send them the review campaign, because they will be confused by and can not answer all the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can inprove our social proof with G2. B2B software buyers are around here using the G2 platform. So we are using it to compete with other vendors of our industy here.

1) the back office - I can extract a lot of information myself, I have interesting insights about my review activities, competition

I think the only thing I dislike about G2 is that I cannot generate my own tracking links for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design of the badges, and the review process as well - it is trustworthy and very detailed. The customization part is very useful and the possibilities to expose & market the best parts of your offer, and your brand in general, are growing by the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy considering that the lead gen options need to be more advanced.

It's helping us to position our brand among the old & new competitors, follow the market trends, and especially have an access to our customer's voices and opinions. This is a big help for our product team and development.

G2 is really well established and a solid go-to for anyone looking to research how business software can help solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent data turned out not to be so useful for us. Our category is less well-known and have fewer visits so intent data never got satureated enough for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being visible to a large portion of b2b software buyers. Showcasing reviews and scoring to visitors on our site through widgets.
The team at G2 made working with them a no-brainer. An excellent solution with great support.
What do you like best about the product?
G2 provides an all-in-one solution which is easy to understand and implement. We evaluated other review sites before choosing G2. G2 stood out regarding team response, the information provided through the sales cycle, and the fact that it is all packaged together in one solution rather than pay-to-play. This option suits us better at this point. It's also easier to implement and get going with the review collection. I can't speak highly enough of Nathan and Jade, whom I work with on the G2 side - some of the best customer support I have experienced, and it's a joy to work with them. They share helpful tips and updates, which are really appreciated. That's what builds loyalty, and importantly they also deliver results!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using G2 for an entire quarter, and thus far, I am delighted with the solution and the team support. We are in the early stages of building our review strategy, but we already have seen plenty of reasons to continue building the relationship with G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a gap in our marketing strategy when it came to reviews. We needed to focus on this to add social proof and externally verify the strength of our solution. We are also getting new insights we did not have access to before, informing future campaigns and sales activity.
