What do you like best about the product?
The reporting of our review performance against our competitors helps us to get a better understanding of our market positioning.
The feedback we receive from customers helps us to improve our product roadmap, so we can better serve our client base and develop our software.
Our Account Manager, Siobhan, is so responsive and helpful! She is also a joy to meet with and always brings energy and new ideas to our monthly check-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
We initially had some teething issues with being notified when budgets ran out, which was quickly actioned by our AM.
It can be hard to track leads that come from G2. Sometimes the buyer intent isn't directly indicative of in-market opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us to gather invaluable customer feedback without spending too much money and time.
G2 is giving us a better understanding of our competitors.
G2 is removing the manual process of requesting and tracking review activity, helping us to focus on other work while guaranteeing regular feedback from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The G2 team is very helpful and is motivated to help generate more reviews for our business page. The review campaigns are a great way to generate new reviews from customers. The platform is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the profile page, there are not other ways that are available to help educate G2's audience on our company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trust is probably the main factor for a marketing partner. Trust is also our main brand value. G2 is helping us increase trust with authentic customer reviews, and show other brands that you achieve that with the right marketing experts.

What do you like best about the product?
- Centralize customer reviews and use referrals as a powerful tool to convert prospects into customers.
- Release four reports a year to create communication/marketing opportunities.
- Aggregate reviews by industry, company size, or geographic location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Categories are maybe too broad so many times your product is displayed alongside players that are offering a totally different service. So it would be great to refine the categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making referral marketing easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaborate on internally. We are able to see how our competitors are performing and measure ourselves against the competition.
Its great to see the progress on dashboards and track review activity
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fully understanding why some of our reviews are rejected and how we could better inform our customers.
But apart from that, there is little else I could fault about the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to measure ourselves against the competition. We are rewarded badges for areas we perform well in.
It is also another mechinsim for customers to provide us feedbac.

What do you like best about the product?
There is no doubt that G2 is the most familiar software review platform. Our social proof on all marketing assets is greatly enhanced by the G2 seasonal reports with all of their badges you can earn and claim.
Their dashboard is simple, and their account managers are some of the best I've encountered. And above all, we really learn a lot from all the reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the review invitations campaign requires CSV files with customer lists that I must prepare in advance.
The price for the content package is a bit high for my company's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent social proof for landing pages, social media posts, and for showing what our customers think about us everywhere.
Furthermore, G2 reviews helped us rank high on Google's 1st page results for our software reviews searches.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at G2 Marketing Solutions is really very helpful, especially Jade who is always prompt and positive with her responses. What's more, Jade always gives insightful solutions to our problems like getting more reviews. The G2 team always leverages their industry experience to guide us. They have also made great strides in customer education by launching the G2 University.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about G2 -- the team is really helpful and always looking to help.

Handy analytics and features to wrap up your most relevant reviews in collections that are relevant for specific types of personas.

Sometimes the personal dashboards' UX is not very intuitive, but it doesn't take much time to learn how to navigate it.

What do you like best about the product?
After the first few reviews, we started to receive valuable marketing materials. We used them heavily on Social, especially LinkedIn and could gain significant engagement from our target group. I particularly like how G2 staff is engaging with such social content, which helps spread the word even further.

We decided to use G2 instead of building expensive analyst relationships, which paid off very quickly, especially if one has a solid social team that creatively utilises content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface quite complicated, and I am constantly searching for where to find things. So the front-end is excellent, but the back-end needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting and sharing honest and authentic reviews. Something that generates more trust compared to self-written case studies.
