Great solution for acquiring reviews

What do you like best about the product?
We have a dedicated CSM and AM who are always on hand to help - there is also plenty of resources if you don't understand something or want to find out more.

By using this solution we have moved up several places in our designated category
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the intent data side of things - I don't think the UI is the best in this retrospect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding more and more people are using G2 to research our specific product and our competitors. By utilising the review campaigns and managing our review's via G2, we have seen us move up nearly 30 places in our category.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 has been incredibly helpful for our business, delivering insights that help us understand our market position like never before. The platform makes it super easy to see real customer feedback and track how we're performing against competitors, which has been valuable for our growth strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting customers to leave reviews can be a bit of a challenge, and it takes consistent effort from our team to encourage participation. Occasionally, the rankings can shift quickly, which means we have to stay on top of our game and continuously work to maintain our visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use G2 as a strategic marketing to showcase our product's credibility through verified customer reviews. It's also become a great platform for understanding our brand perception while analysing the competitive landscape.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is that you can already attract the attention of potential buyers to your product offering. And you can add more promotional tools to your account to get even more attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some products are so specific, especially in the localization and translation industry, that a comparison in a top 5-list is not always on point. But then again, if you make sure you stay on top of such list, there is no problem with that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of getting noticed in a crowded market, when marketing budgets are limited is solved by G2 Marketing Solutions. For reasonable costs you get focused attention of qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 badges are so recognizable in the market that we find it essential to use G2. Their support is always quick to respond and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend can be quite confusing with multiple options that sound similar (marketing content and badges are in different places?) but it's not a huge issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online reputation management is a critical part of our business and using G2 is a no-brainer for us. As one of the more robust and well-known review platforms, we use it to scope out other SaaS tools and knew we needed a presence there. We are able to easily ask our clients for reviews through their email campaigns which reduces the lift on our internal marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2 Marketing Solutions is how it really helps boost visibility and build trust with potential customers. The verified user reviews are super valuable because they provide real, honest feedback that resonates with people looking for a solution. I also love the comparison tools—they make it easy for prospects to see how we stack up against competitors. Plus, the lead generation features are really effective, especially when you integrate them with your CRM and marketing automation. It’s a great way to connect with the right audience and improve conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I struggle with when using G2 Marketing Solutions is the challenge of consistently collecting reviews. It can be tough to get customers to leave detailed, honest feedback, and sometimes the process feels a bit cumbersome. Even though reviews are crucial for building credibility, it’s not always easy to encourage customers to engage, especially when they’re busy or don’t see immediate value in leaving a review. It’s definitely something that takes extra effort, and it can feel like a bit of a hurdle.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps us get more visibility and trust by showing real user reviews. It makes it easier to reach the right audience and stand out in a crowded market. The comparison tools are also great for seeing where we stand and refining our approach, which ultimately helps us generate more leads and close more deals.

Surprisingly bad onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is prevalent in the market and presents as a great alternative to Gartner etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding experience has been terrible. Missed calls, no point of contact, no guidance on integrations. I'm sure everything is quite easy once you are up and running but we've consistently had issues getting answers to questions from support which delayed our onboarding by weeks (if not months).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased market presence and reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used G2 to build comparison pages and showcase customer feedback, and it’s made a real difference. It’s one of the few platforms where potential buyers are already in a research mindset, so being visible there really matters. The review content also gives us great material to reuse in other parts of our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of time to get used to the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives us a way to tap into social proof without having to chase down quotes or build case studies from scratch. It’s helped us fill a gap in the middle of our funnel, where prospects are actively comparing solutions but still unsure who to trust. Having a strong presence on G2 means we stay in the conversation and can guide that decision-making process more effectively.

The best of thoughts - not always smooth for the customer

What do you like best about the product?
The team is always very supportive and have great knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is complicated and not smooth for the customer.
We often experiences hick-ups and nordic customers are not so keen on giving away lots of info to an american company. (And since T it's worse).
We would like to see improvements for the customer if we are to continue because not many are willing to go through the struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We havent seen that good of results yet. But the badges used in marketing gives us good conversion.
