What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and simple it is to update profiles and navigate G2. The grid reports are incredibly useful in leveraging marketing initiatives, allowing us to see where we lead and keep track of competitive intel. It's beneficial how G2 facilitates handling tasks like the allocation of Amazon gift cards, relieving some workload. The way the platform fosters a community where companies learn from each other and customers is fantastic. I find it valuable for strategic decision-making and staying competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual incentivization of updated reviews is a bit of a hassle, as I have to reach out to get incentivized reviews updated. It appears this process might change, but the last time I checked, it was still an issue. Additionally, while I understand the shift towards automation and the use of chatbots, I still value in human interaction. I believe it is crucial to maintain the human aspect, like having access to a customer success manager or account manager, rather than solely relying on support centers. The human interaction ensures that our issues feel as important as they are and helps strengthen existing relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us easily gather customer feedback and competitive intel, steering our strategic decisions and marketing initiatives. It simplifies understanding our market position and fosters customer engagement, notably through initiatives like Amazon gift card handling.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the easy setup process with G2 Marketing Solutions, as their team supported us throughout onboarding and campaign creation. I find the templated campaigns and out-of-the-box ideas very helpful in getting started efficiently. The self-service tools allow me to request or create campaigns at my convenience, enhancing productivity and flexibility. Additionally, I am impressed with the new AI capabilities that trial voice reviews and automatically generate reviews from customer meetings, which are then sent to customers for approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the support was a little bit more timely and responsive or at least understanding what typical turnaround times should be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to generate reviews, drive campaigns, and enhance recognition among buyers researching solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I find G2 Marketing Solutions incredibly straightforward and easy to navigate, especially given the assistance from a customer success manager who supports me monthly. The AI-assisted review commenting feature is invaluable, as it allows me to respond to every review efficiently and add personalized touches. I also appreciate the seamless integration with HubSpot, yielding significant insights. The automated review link for gift cards simplifies sending out for reviews, making it a noteworthy part of my client engagement strategy. Overall, the experience with G2 Marketing Solutions is comprehensive and beneficial, particularly with personalized support and its ability to enhance interaction with potential prospects through insightful analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price point, I know that with the total package when it comes to, I think another I a huge part of the packaging is having g two do the do the review outreach. I think for a smaller fish company like mine where we're really, like, trying to gather our bearings and, like, just get some get get on the g two grid and, like, get to that 10 review mark. I do think that for companies like ours that are a little bit smaller, maybe, like, knocking down the price point If we're not going to use g two to collect reviews, that would be my only suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use G2 Marketing Solutions for insightful prospect analysis and gathering reviews, enhancing our product visibility and decision-making. The AI-assisted features and seamless integration with HubSpot streamline reviews and insights, while the customer success manager optimizes our platform usage.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate G2 Marketing Solutions for numerous reasons. It's very easy to use, especially in requesting review campaigns, which simplifies my work. The custom URLs for tracking and setting up campaigns are straightforward and effective. Additionally, incentivizing review campaigns significantly increases customer participation, which is beneficial. Furthermore, the customer success team is incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries on Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the conversation taking longer than expected and not being able to attend more pressing engagement, which can be a bit inconvenient when time is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product solves trust issues by showcasing positive reviews, enhancing buyer confidence, and helps retain and understand customers better through feedback management.

Additionally, G2 stands out for its collaborative culture and client-first mindset. They really take the time to understand each client’s unique goals and tailor solutions that drive growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate G2 Marketing Solutions’ results-driven approach, one area I think could improve is their internal communication and turnaround time on certain projects. At times, there seems to be a delay between strategy alignment and execution, which can affect deadlines. That said, I believe these are growing pains common in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and they seem committed to continuous improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions is helping us solve several key challenges, particularly around lead generation, brand visibility, and digital campaign performance. Before partnering with them, we struggled to reach the right audience consistently and convert engagement into qualified leads.

G2 brought in a more data-driven, strategic approach — optimizing our SEO, refining our paid ad targeting, and enhancing our social media presence. What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great way to compare software for very specific needs and hone in on what sets one platform apart from another. I love their comparison features, like being able to place two platforms side-by-side. It integrates with Slack, too, so my company is immediately updated as soon as we get a new review. Love the ability to sort and search through reviews from other users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues trying to use the comparison feature recently where results don't load. Other than that I have no complaints.

G2 is such a great, easy way to get real feedback from users that can help other people discover our software.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with G2 to help increase profile visibility, attract more website visitors, and generate high-quality customer reviews and referrals. The G2 account manager is hands-on and makes it easy to execute campaigns, suggest new tactics, and surface opportunities we hadn’t considered before. Implementation has been seamless, and changes to our profile are made quickly without any friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement would be the addition of a central knowledge base or customer resource hub — a go-to library that outlines the full range of tools, capabilities, and best practices. A short onboarding course or customer success guide would also go a long way in helping users get the most out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us solve the challenge of increasing visibility in a crowded market and driving more qualified traffic to our company profile.
