What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to get started bringing in detailed reviews from happy customers, the team is always available to help out and come up with new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike that we haven't solved with iteration on targeting, messaging & etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Crowd lets us gather awesome feedback from our customers in a simple, straightforward manner - then share it with others searching for a modern recruiting solution like the one we offer. It's easy for customers, it's easy for us, and the whole process is painless … exactly what we expect out of our product, as well as any that we use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The team at G2 is fantastic to work with - take their advice, and you can't go wrong.

Intuitive Platform for B2B Reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Everything on the site is streamlined and intuitive for both the user and the vendor. They offer lots of features to utilize as a vendor, and they have a lot of things that help you promote your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have some more customizability over the buttons on your vendor page. They are working on this after feedback, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are greatly increasing our customer advocacy, which has historically been a very underutilized strategy. It is easy to increase your reviews with review campaigns, and it's awesome to see our authority grow as more people engage with our product page. This site has become a wonderful sales tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the $500 stipend on a reviews campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
Kara DeWalt has been a friendly and responsive rep . She's quick to make suggestions and help out with our different marketing options. Kara has been awesome!

The reviews written on G2 Crowd are comprehensive and very useful for consumers.

They're growing their marketing tools, and we're trying a few of them out.

I like the backend options for building out our profile to best educate our prospects on the value of our service. You can upload videos, FAQs, and key details about the software. Their reporting features are relevant and accurate as well.

Love their award badges as a great form of social proof.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're trying out their sponsored content marketing program, but it's in its early stages and hasn't produced impressive results yet. It could be due to the ad design, but we'd like to see better results.

Their webhooks feature for leads is a little confusing, if you don't have any web dev experience.

The evaluation grid seems to favor market size, so if you don't work with enterprise businesses, you will never be labeled as a 'market leader' despite having a top notch review portfolio.

The comparison reports are overpriced for smaller startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Acquisition. We've had a few direct leads that converted, but are hoping for more. We also plan on using our success badge on our website as social proof, but have yet to add it.

What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy the G2 Crowd tool. It's very easy to use and navigate. I recently set up close to 10 pages for my organization and everything was very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this current time, there is nothing that I am unhappy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson Customer Engagement is using G2 Crowd to create new landing pages for our products for clients to review.

Genuine Validation

What do you like best about the product?
It''s too easy for companies to post anonymous quotes from supposed customers. Too many reviews are cliches. G2 offers us a legit third party system and the reviewers are all validated through LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the leads that arrive are highly unqualified but I'm not sure that's G2's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing impartial and legitimate customer feedback with prospective customers. Fears, Uncertainty and Doubt are greatly reduced when a prospect gets to review actual feedback from a current organization using our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to reach out to Walter with any questions I have. I also love how many reports G2 Crowd offers related to rankings, usability, service, and support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because G2 Crowd offers so many reports I wish the price wasn't so high to license each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating leads as well as offering a review report to potential customers has been the best success for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of logging in and seeing how the pages I own are performing and doing. Navigating is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to gain more visibility or training on how to utilize the features/tools G2 has put in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping to increase our presence online and build a reputable name on G2.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great sales and marketing resource for our company. It provides lead generation and content as well as an opportunity to harness genuine feedback from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least for the program we are running, G2 requires a lot of internal resources in order to garner the full benefits of the platform. I believe it will pay off in terms of high quality leads/ROI; however, expect some time to see significant results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us better connect with both potential buyers and current customers with the purpose of increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.

Incredibly simple, but powerful tool to acquire positive customer reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Based on SatisMeter NPS, Advocately absolutely geniously helped us double the number of positive reviews in Capterra for just 1 month. We love personal attitude and great service. The system is easy-to-use, we enjoy UX. We look forward to bringing new reviews about Mailigen. Because review websites and reviews are one of the best traffic sources for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say here. We are wishing good luck and future growth for Advocately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It always was a problem how to get reviews in different review websites. We were trying to ask our loyal clients to write their feedback in certain resources, but didn’t get much from this experience.
I think Advocately is smart solution for any business. It is not limited campaign, you are getting positive reviews from your clients all the time and only from those, who rated our service 9 or 10.

What do you like best about the product?
-Reading feedback from customers has been amazing! We've been encouraged by how much people love Bonusly, and the reviews have had great ideas.

-Also, our onboarding specialist Anna was helpful, friendly, flexible, and responsive. I always had the information I needed and we got off to a great start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to tag the reviews to identify common themes and export the reviews into an excel or csv. doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been helpful for sales, customer success, and product development. For sales, it lets us share the Bonusly experience with potential customers, customer success gets feedback about how happy customers are, and the feedback is helpful to guide product development as well.
