Fast solution for sms integration
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to setup, test in trial mode and switch to LIVE mode.

Price for different countries, but other services have the same

What do you like best about the product?
Very proficient: API very easy to use, success send rate high, cost very reasonable, known issues well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only called for support a few times, pretty difficult to reach support over the phone. Much easier with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Nexmo SMS for appointment confirmations and reminders. Those features are valuable for my application.
Very impressed with the out of the box features of Nexmo
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there was a rest client for .NET saved us a lot of development time. Being able to simply send SMS messages and being able to clearly manage our account were big pluses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could send a media image with text messages. We had to choose another service for customers who want to send an image. Wish Nexmo would add some Mime type support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bridging a gap with notifications from our applications in our suite of products to alert both users of the applications as well as customers who are managed by the applications. The number of notifications we have on our list to develop is a great benefit. Shows the endless possibilities.

The messages arrive fast, and that's great to use in validation services.

I dislike the fact that I had an outage of service that lasted for weeks.

Its great for 2 way validation service.

Great service, pricing is a bit steep in some regions. Support is average, and had an outage of service for several days with no resolution.

Nothing in particular. The solution works very well and meets our needs.

Good API but uncertain deliverability

Easy to use REST API for SMS that is quick for integration. Useful OTP API for US numbers to bypass a restriction.

Deliverability is not good for some countries e.g. Indonesia. Unable to set sender ID in some countries.

Sending OTP for registration and 2FA, sending reminders

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup and use via API. Ability to view historical SMSs has come in handy. Auto payments mean I do not have to keep making deposits when it runs low.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have bumped my head against the throttling a few times, but have managed code around it. It could perhaps be eased over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication with users who do not necessarily use email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you send large numbers of SMSs at a time you will need to use a queue and delay to avoid throttling.

Been using Nexmo for about two years. In this time we were able to find how to best work with it and now are fully satisfied with Nexmo.

Finding verification and why it failed can be a little tricke. Would be great to have larger log and search through intervals.

What could recommend is to check use case for you bussiness and then just do it.

Good price, easy integration and fast SMS delivery in most cases

Some times the SMS delivery takes too long with no information on the logs.
