Great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I had some special requests that I needed to contact someone to help me with. I received answers by email quickly and my issues were resolved to my satisfaction and very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could've handled my issue myself, but it was not a big deal to have to contact someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexmo is great for having extra phone numbers for various business purposes.

Constantly increasing prices when you don't expect it.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexmo is one of BNESIM's best partners. Amazing quality of service, reactive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Everything is working very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Nexmo's services for all our outgoing SMS, for some voice services and for the incoming numbers (DID) in some countries.

What do you like best about the product?
As a newbie to web development, I found that setting up and configuring my application to use NEXMO was a painless process
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues with notifications saying "delivered", but the SMS was not actually received. I logged a call with support and the response was quick and the issue has been resolved ....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifying people of upcoming appointments .....

What do you like best about the product?
Simple API, easy to integrate with existing notification functionality in your Laravel apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issue is that on new accounts, it is easy to reach the maximum amount to top up the account. It took a few days to get a support response to enable to increase account spend (we're fairly big spenders)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping internal sales people informed across a range of phone types

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to get our SMS messages out rapidly and to view reports on delivery by day, week, month. It is great to use this for QC'ing our SMS efforts and for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Nexmo. It does what it needs to do and we have very good support from the team there. They are responsive and they have our best interests in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Nexmo for our outbound SMS campaigns. We have seen greater speed, outreach and response than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a technical/implementation partner to help you with setup and with testing and with ongoing support. Make sure you are honoring your Customers' SMS preferences and the flow of SMS in the application and make sure to check in on the reports regularly especially during a large send.

Perfect service for my multiregional company

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation. We needed less than one month to go live. You don't need several or deep knowledge of programming to make a successful integration with Nexmo. It's really easy to understand how to achieve the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The service is very complete. I would take the same decision if I would need to integrate other system with SMS world-wide provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can integrate several countries with the same product. In addition, the price of the SMS is really competitive in almost every country is offered. You can build a business model with low or zero impact, because the price is really affordable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very complete service and easy to implement. You can send SMS to all around the world easily and no expensive. If you want a plugin connection and a reliable service, you have to connect to Nexmo.
We need less than 2 days to have our system fully operative, and since then it's very stable.
We tried several options in the market before to know about Nexmo, and we can subscribe that Nexmo is the best one.
