do not appreciate the tiered re-fill of our account. sometime would rather give $600 or $750, instead of either $500 or $1k.

Mixed experience using Nexmo
What do you like best about the product?
The api is decent. Documentation is elaborate too. Customer Support is fine and prompt as well. Nexmo works however...(see the next response)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get multiple/duplicate api notifications for the same voice call made or sms sent to a user. Also the dispatch speed of text messages/voice calls (I'm in India) is rather slow considering our platform is a near real-time system and every second of delay in delivering a text/call matters to us.

Using nexmo makes our platform multi-point as we can call up or send text when the recipient is unable to read web/email notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is easy to use and it works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the request to upgrade the amount of money to be topped up is dealt with faster, or perhaps you can install some kind of automation? The customer service takes a really long time to reply as well.

The SMS sending has been really helpful for us as an digital agency.
Simplistic API and wide array of services
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the API - that requires very short learning curve to implement. The fact that verifications are performed directly within Nexmo adds an extra layer of security.
The dashboards are intuitive and easy to navigate. Number verifications work with 99% certainty (except in some rare cases where texts fail to reach).

What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to set sender ID unless over a substantial volume on SMS-es sent / month. This can possibly be provided as an add-on (paid) service for those who don't reach the volume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-user mobile phone verification and assistance in password resets through self-service. This serves dual purpose :
1. As an alternative means of verifying identify during password reset process
2. Keeping the mobile numbers database up to date - which otherwise is a notoriously difficult process as end-users tend to ignore update requests.

can add new member to help control the service. easy api for developer to integrate with their application.

the invoice takes longer time to generate and it required sale person to set the auto refill.

we used Nexmo to do the phone verification
Nexmo is fast and easy to use, but not perfect.

We use it to verify our users, and the Nexmo is the fastest SMS sender service.

The Nexmo keep the logs only 30 days. It is very short interval, I need a 90-180 days interval.

Our users need to use 2fa on login, we can create it with Nexmo.

If youe would like to use a good and fast service with perfect support you need to use Nexmo.
