Simplicity with a purpose

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using nexmo for a year now and their customer support, sales team and the overall API in general is what made me stixk with the team. Backed by great documentation and a super simple yet full fledged API, nexmo's team helped me build my application with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. The entire experience has been nothing short of perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our group calling application Patch brings unique features to the calling experience. The nexmo platform enables us to deliver cutting edge voice at the best possible rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system and API is great. Nexmo offers an easy way to get an SMS enabled application up and running in next to no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit harder to get in touch with the sales team at Nexmo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Nexmo we were able to build a disaster notification system.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and cool platform, it's fast and complete! What I value most is the quality of the support as well as the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some part in the UI and the boring-slow recharge method. Making the interface simpler and easier to send invoices maybe making them available immediately on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many request of sms delivery is now complete thanks to Nexmo, I can deliver a lot of sms with in a few! As of today, I am able to fulfill customer requests in a short time, it is also implemented with our systems and we are able to sell the service by offering a better product thanks to this precious resource.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexmo is easy to use and performs like few other companies in the industry. Ease of use and quality of support make the platform a reliable partner to work with.

API is very convenience, all required functionality, good price model and mobile coverage

Prepaid account, no way to have postpaid

I like customer service approach, support reactions and great portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with connections, but it's related also to problems with local carriers.

Bussiness issue is to give our clients reliable access to global connections. Thanks Nexmo, we have most of global direct connections

we had a couple of days where we could not contact our account manager (left the company without forwarding replacement contact details)

1. Service call implementation is technically straight forward
2. Technical documentations and help were readily available
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing wasn't as competitive as other providers

Fundamentally doing One-time-password and SMS broadcast.
Server is relatively reliable as most recipients received notification timely.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability in sending SMS in Malaysia. Easy to integrate API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costing. Much higher than other providers in Malaysia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our application need to send SMS (e.g. OTP, mobile number verification) to users. Nexmo service is very useful for us.
