Nexmo have great SMS delivery worlwide!
What do you like best about the product?
The delivery of SMS are fast and worldwide! Premium service for a fair cost! It's easy to deploy, just used a PHP client library!

Right now I have nothing in my mind to dislike. It works fine, no complains at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to verify our users phone numbers to make sure they are real users since this information is crucial to our business. Now we can easily send SMS verification codes to the users within seconds after registering instead of email verification which is quite a tedious job in our opinion.
Excellent Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate,the api documentation provided is excellent Easy to use, the Dashboard has all the necessary functionality . The customer support is brilliant , quick and will keep you updated all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a case where I was not satisfied yet. Nexmo always find a solution to the problems that I raise, moreover they are constantly innovating and their enterprise team is excellent in finding the best solution for the problem you are having. you will be assigned a relationship manager who will listen and walk through the issues that u have to find the best solution available. the process can be tedious but the end result will be definitely worth it. if there is something that you dislike the best option is to take it to your relationship manager, they will then find the best solution available and will try to solve the issue you are having very quickly. This was my experience and i found that to be the best one so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of use, ability to analyze what went wrong and where . This is very important so it can be rectified quickly

Try it, you wont find a reason not to go for it.

The forever changing pricing that has no official notifications.
So imagine you signed up for price A and 10 months down the road get surprised by seeing that you have been charged for price B after month 2.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sleek, easy toned theme of the software, along with the simplistic home screen and displayed metrics that appears upon login. The landing page is not overly clustered, which is one pet peeve of mine when it comes to displaying navigation bars and customizable metrics.

As far as I have seen, I have no dislikes to the software as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my line of work, we primarily use open tok for its inspector tool (Session Diagnostic Tool). This allows us to inspect full video and audio logs of our clients who utilized our online video software. When troubleshooting reported issues with live video, it is essential to know first hand what kind of browsers were utilized by each user, as well as the OS running, wish also allows us to generally identify device types (Mac PC, Mobile etc.). Alongside this, we also gain the knowledge of the area that the device was connecting from, as well as full views of Bitrate, Packet Loss and Latency data for each user's connection. Should you need a full run-through of the session, you can also see a play by play of the video and audio publishing and connection by expanding the Event logs or get right to the errors and users who experienced the errors, using the error log drop down. Additionally, you are also provided with the option to filter out text from the logs, which allow you to view only entries that correspond to your keyphrase, saving time and a headache. This tool makes troubleshooting live video sessions a much easier and streamlined process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A wonderful tool that allows for maximum exposure to Video and Voice logs. Easy to navigate and manipulate to view the data you are looking for.
Developer Unfriendly
What do you like best about the product?
Call routing logic seemed to work once I figured out their key + secret + private-key-for-each-developer-app (?!?) authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I write this review while I'm waiting on the latest response from Andy Li, in a 6-hour-long nexmo support email thread. I just want to give them money (they only allow you to add money in 10-euro increments -- you have to email support to change that amount, or to set up automatic payments). They apparently require you to answer several questions about who you are and what you plan to use nexmo for, before they remove payment restrictions. At no point during their onboarding documentation do they say you'll be held up for hours waiting on permission to give them money easily.
This is ridiculous -- I don't know of any competitor who puts this kind of friction in front of you giving them your money:

Nothing. Dead in the water. We're moving to a competitor, it looks like.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a hard look at the billing page before diving too deeply in. It's not like they'll just let you pay $100 and you can start using that credit. You have to pay in 10 euro increments! Or maybe you'll end up stuck in several hours of emails like me.
Bad security and unreliable service
What do you like best about the product?
API was easy to use, but that seems to be pretty much it. Other vendors seems to have the same anyway.
What do you dislike about the product?
Someone broke into our account on their servers and not through our own, yet they refuse to refund our balance. We were willing to overlook this if they fixed the issue but they didn't even care.
Account managers were nowhere to be found when issue happened.
