Easy to use service seamless integration
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to understand when I need to use it. comfortable prices

The easiness of getting started - I needed to demonstrate that our product could deliver real time smss and I was able to do this quickly with nexmo

I am not able to get a South African number and also the smss don't get sent from the same number every time

We are getting feedback from our customers on the level of service we've provided them and are able to improve our services based on this

The service is reliable and works most of the time

Extremely awful support. Sometimes it takes over a week just to get a simple reply.

The quality of the lines are good, but expensive. The support is simply horrible!!!
A great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration to our CRM and competitive communication cost.. We've been able to use Nexmo in conjunction with others tools to create different calls scenario that matched our need. Support is also helpful and answer quickly. Integration took less then a week to go from testing to production with the help from the support. No complains about the quality of the calls, this is a huge improvement after trying many competitors where there was many issues like delays and echo during the calls. The number of calls per seconds is high enough so we do not have to worry about loads issues. Auto-recharge of credits is great so we do not have to worry about recharging and blocking our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs searching and statistics could be improved. It's also lacking real time viewing and calls monitoring. The WebRTC API is not yet available on a stable release so we had to use an external solution, but it should be released within months. The invoice system only allow to receive invoice by mail instead of being directly available on the account. A monthly invoice could also be useful instead of having one invoce for every recharge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way for our customer to make calls for marketing purposes. Using Nexmo, we've been able to add click-to-call features into our web plateform, enabling outgoing calls for our customers using WebRTC and mobile.

Effective and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with the Nexmo API is simple and straightforward, and the pricing in almost all the countries is the best we found.

Our products and service are GPS-based personal safety and asset tracking around the world, and Nexmo enables us to send alerts and system messages to customers by SMS quickly and effectively

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is key at Nexmo - they really care about the customer and do reply in less than 15 minutes. Fabulous!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having connected nexmo to our webapp, debugging still takes a lot of time in case sms’es are nit received by the client - sadly enough and all too often, the responsibility for fallouts is directly attributed to local phone providers - even tough the problem lies in the sms routes taken by nexmo

The best part of Nexmo has been how fast and straight forward it was to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit card payments repeatedly failed, rearing all of our services to a halt. Unfortunately, the team was unable to help me with getting the payment processed. I ended up using the same credit card via Paypal's purchase option and it worked... I wish someone suggested it sooner.

We used Nexmo to send text message verification codes to our users during sign up.
Generally a good service - pricing not the best for UK

The API is easy, and the service is reliable.

Pricing for UK based SMS messaging, cheaper elsewhere which is a shame. Use nexmo for all other traffic.

Learning how to build SMS cloud service for your product!
What do you like best about the product?
It just works and when things dont there is always an explanation and how best to fix it. The support even gets back in touch if you have not answered their questions. So gentle reminders are lovely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is nothing. If anything then it is really about putting the icing on the cake. I do like to speak to real people and a phone number (charged at so much a minute) would be something I would take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tying to resolve the issue of doing company and team polls by email alone. If you have a small company with up to 15 people you can use SMS, whatsapp, messenger as the main touchpoint with your team members. Like this you can also create small private websites for each person where they can have all the results displayed. This make it is easier for all.

Think twice about cheaper providers.
