Affordable voip solution

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate easily with custom web applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many recent downtime in service and latency issues with sms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the gap between telephony and business applications. Nexmo has enabled us to integrate and run solutions from a single integrated platform.

Connectivity that works

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to create links so our customers could communicate with our employees securely without divulging their personal numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been unable to create a single solution for all communication platforms. So each mode has to have it's own (i.e. email, sms, voice)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers and Employees can connect without revealing personal numbers which could have consequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexmo has many tools available to integrate communications into your in house applications. We are using SMS and voice and have had numerous compliments on the service.

Fast, easy to setup, comes with good insights

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use is the best. My web app is written in Python, and it was just a matter of copy pasting a piece of code and you are up and running in minutes for testing and production. Price is great too, my texts are longer but at around $0.04 a text I don't care about getting double charged
What do you dislike about the product?
I havn't run into any issues yet. Only issue I had one time was getting a success message but I never got the actual text. Could have been a one off, because hundreds of other people got the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it send out dynamic links on a rolling 30 to real estate clients that provides real time insights on their owned real estate along with options on how to improve their holding. For benefits I spent like $5 on texts in a month and with the high open rate on texts my app drove $20,000 in the first month.

What do you like best about the product?
Their response was quick, informative and very helpful.
service uptime is very important for our job. nexmo has been a trustworthy partner and we are fully satisfied with their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
may be the price is slightly higher than concurrents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use nexmo daily to send informative sms to parents of students enrolled in our school

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use api. The service is stable and so far no problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sms do not get delivered, but i guess this is an industry problem

Not Bad Not Great

What do you like best about the product?
We liked their develop[er friendly features and their variety of numbers. Their documentation is also really rarely good. Its just a shame they cannot reliablity delivery on anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is terrible, like really bad. At times I would have an issue or qusetion and it would take days for them to get back to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We liked being able to unify our phone system which are on two different continents. We have since moved onto twillio and twillio seems to be much much better.

Look at twilliuo first.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy. All I do is setup my system and send it to nexmo. They handle it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a good question as there are no cons with the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using nexmo to handle sms message for at least five years, both outbound and inbound. My system is automated to send appointment confirmations and receive replies.

Just do it!

Simple and complete API. Easy to integrate and test during integration. Good prices.

No support for real numbers for a lot of countries. Bulgary for ex.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to provision DID's across the globe with great pricing and excellent reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at all - except for them using Euro as the base currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to provide local presence in a number of locations around the globe with low icists.

Take if for a run. You will be happy with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
The Api integration, we're using the SMS service to authenticate the leads on a lead generation platform (franquiciaslatam.co)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to use for Latin countries (prepaid restriction instead of a pay as you go)
