Easy to setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get right in and adjust whatever settings i need to, and the dashboard is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team and support team don’t seem to always be on the same page.

I had open/turned on every port per the instructions and got hacked immediately and hackers used all the funds I put in the account. I closed it down to only the necessary ports and then changed the Key I was using and then I was good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a cheap VoIP solution for testing out AV equipment and this worked great.

Best SMS service

What do you like best about the product?
I tried to many services and Nexmo is the best, for price and stability
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything, I've never had problems with Nexmo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved all my communication problems with my clients since they have a feedback on service orders and repairs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, it is the best in price and service.

A very clear offering. Good sample code. A very diverse offering. The reporting is solid and allows to pin point where it's being used and not

There is absolutely nothing to dislike with the API or offerings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use extensively for all notifications within our ERP solution. It's used for maintenance alerts, customer pickups, omni channel notifications. Used everywhere where it makes sense to send a text message

Simple and amazing performance

What do you like best about the product?
We love simplicity on an API and libraries on our preferred language: Javascript. Nexmo simple works and is reliable for SMS in and out. We use in on our startup and give us a 100% deliverability confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not the cheapest solution and they should review their volume pricing discount. In Spain you can find local cheaper providers but still I prefer Nexmo's reliability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to verify customers phones and also to send internal and external personalised notifications via SMS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and you will love it. Simple API and you can personalise sender ID on SMS on real time via API that is cool.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to rent and set up phone numbers for incoming text messages. Dashboard works really well and is intuitive to use. SMPP integration for sending is extremely good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quality of text message delivery is not always optimal. Seems to be a problem with many sms gateways and not only Nexmo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numbers for incoming text messages and easy SMPP integration are key components in our business

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to text reminders to our customers. It makes it so simple at the end of the day. My CSR doesn't have to sit on the phone for an hour doing confirmation calls. Now all she has to do is send a quick text.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I would change at this time. The website is easy to use. I would like a feature that send me a notification before we run out of funds in the account. At this time the only way we know we need to put more funds in the account is when it stops working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have no problems with Nexmo that we have had to resolve through tech support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexmo is a great Product and I mention to other business owners. I let them know how easy it is to set up and use as well as how it will help their business.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexmo is a reliable app to send and receive SMS with Brazilian number. That's no service better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe send sms could be cheaper. But that's not ours main consern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send and receive SMS and integrate my Lockitron smart lock with SMS

What do you like best about the product?
Works dependably and has good access for users. I like that it gives you delivery estimates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics dashboard is poor and hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with people in remote areas. Works well via Nexmo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexmo tends to have the best pricing and a broader reach.
