Overall Good, but buggy.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the ability to bridge the conference line and VOIP communication. The video quality even set to a lower level is also good for the needs of most users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conference bridge that once worked so well has been buggy for months with no acknowledgement by the TokBox team. It would also be nice to be able to export graphs/charts in the inspector tool so i can provide that data to our client attempting to configure their network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Nexemo/Tokbox to hold digital video/voice interviews. These interviews save organizations time and money and provide a great return.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please allow me to export data from the inspector tool. It would also be nice to have moderator features within the room as our team often moderates these meetings.

No 24/7 Support, bill for SMS that fail to send

What do you like best about the product?
Entire process was easy to setup, API is well-written. Documentation is well done, it was easy to implement their API into our existing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No 24/7 support, if you submit a request on Friday, you MIGHT get a reply by Tuesday morning. Our account went 6 weeks thinking we were sending SMS, when we were just getting changed for nothing. Took weeks to get the issue resolved, ported out to fix the problem. When porting out, our request was denied as we did not supply a PIN. Had to contact support, wait days, just to get told there is no PIN. So we had to re-submit the request, with no pin, to get the number ported away. It took several days longer than it should have to get away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct customer contact and emergency information distribution. We were able to get information to our customers easily and quickly regarding events they were planning on attending. It was great to be able to change dates due to rain and update most of the people attending with just one SMS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use a different service. Service is great, once it breaks though...it takes days to get a reply, weeks to fix a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
The verify api is really good as it takes the hassle out of managing an sms verification system. You only pay if a user successfully authenticates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their JavaScript api had typescript definitions

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the APIs for sending SMS, tracking messages status and managing our numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have to order in bulk and Nexmo needs to perform the order for us,I dislike that the numbers cannot be pre-configured with features such as callback type / number and webhook address.

Additionally Nexmo support is often slow to respond to issues and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabled us to create an SMS channel that sends and tracks messages and responses.

What do you like best about the product?
As of today, it remains as one of the most competitive video platforms out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than often support has taken a lot of time to reply when outages have happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the tools that we need to deliver part of our service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore all the options the product has from the start. It can definitely help in the future when you have some things already done on the foundation.

What do you like best about the product?
Used for more than 3 years. The support service is great. For the inbound sms with a cost starting from last few months, it will be better if the notice can be made earlier, so such new changes and policies. Still waiting for a chance to try the WhatsApp API.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be better if the dashboard can generate report in different formats with increasing the upper limit of the number of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service uptime is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to interface with API (using Perl on a web site)
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't allow me to auto-refill my account balance. That to me makes no sense in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast was to send SMS messages to others during our registration period. SMS messages are sent very quickly, which is very important.

Just follow the instructions for the API and you are good to bo
