What do you like best about the product?
It can connect to a different software like Adobe for creating a word documents, also keep track of the status of a process in each team. Exporting and sharing function.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some limitations for the system which we need to spend a lot of time investigating for functionality. If there are more training can be provided which is best to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to connect this with some other google function for form submission internal, link this to Greenhouse and our internal intranet. Besides, we link it to our google sheet for more information gathering.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is useful tools for team projects, information sharing, and small database service. Smartsheet is easy to access instead of using files in-network for sharing. This definitely increases efficiency within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful tool to organize project plans; like the functionality to attach and store files within; easy to share with outside sources
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the "Excel" functions lose a little bit of their advantage in the system - takes some getting used to

Project management problems - building a dynamic project plan that is flexible to adapt to actual timelines - it's a huge time and expense saver!

What do you like best about the product?
All the visual aids and the intuitive platform. It also helps the use of dashboards and calendar to organize production. The reports have been great to have in control of more company departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more functions to create executive reports and a complete help menu. I started using Smartsheet without capacitation, and it would be nice to have some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use smartsheet in many different ways. It helps us have a full scope of the progress of every order. We also know how much money the shop is processing per time.

Perfect for Form Automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I love best is how you can automate form generation and making filling forms easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that sometimes the site goes down or it doesn't save all of the changes. I also really find it frustrating sometimes that there is no save and complete later option for forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem we solved with Smartsheets is that we have been able to streamline a paperwork process.
Smartsheet has been super helpful with keeping track of the information that we need for our jobs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to work smartsheet and to input all of the information I need to. It is very easy to figure out how to navigate smartsheet which makes my work day process run more smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often smartsheet freezes up and doesn't save things properly. There are a lot of times where it is super slow which slows down my process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems that I am solving. The benefits are that I can keep all of the information in one place and everyone else has access too.

If you are looking for a place to input information for your company and are looking for it to be easy then this is the site for you.
Exactly what we were looking for
What do you like best about the product?
We needed something simple to input data that would show a gantt style chart and also put the dates on a calendar. Data is easy to put in since it is basically a spreadsheet, and it translates easily to the calendar view so you can look at the dates coming up and notice any gaps on a weekly basis. This was the only software I could find that easily did that and let the colors on the gantt chart copy over to the calendar. It is also nice being able to share with other people even if they aren't paid users so the entire office can review the schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items are not flexible enough, I would like to show a deadline and a duration on the same line but the only way I have found is to make a row for a deadline and a row for a duration which isn't a big deal but just adds more rows than should be needed. But I have not found any software like this that will work that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use smartsheet to plan out our upcoming production schedule and find potential gaps or delivery issues. We also use it to track deadlines that get us to the delivery date to identify critical dates to keep production on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to export and import from Excel has helped me transfer data and set up data to be more efefficient, also being able to access Smartsheets from the mobile is super useful

I do not seem to have any dislikes about this program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep track and manage the street repairs and town projects we work on in Connecticut and also keep track of outstanding work with this program as well so it is very useful
Great for tracking/organization after a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets has many capabilities, you just have to learn how to utilize them. It is excellent for tracking in large organizations and can connect many different units. It is readily compatible with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project so you can integrate worksheets into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for Smartsheets. If thinking about implementing in your organization, I recommend several rounds of training and support in building specialized sheets that will be functional for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is helping us connect units within our organization. We've always operated from a server/drive system that was hard to track for changes and collaboration. Smartsheets allows easy tracking of updates and changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control all shared data and show it in an easy dashboard to review and make desicions. Easy integration with othe apps to get more visibility and control

Workflows are goog, but some times they are no so much customisables
