Streamlined, Easy way to Collaborate and Track Data
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use and how intuative the software is. I also really like how I am able to control individual users' permissions to ensure that people are not modifying data I don't want them to change. I have created spreadhseets, timelines and trackers using Smartsheet and each setup and distribution has been very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Smartsheet can be very slow depending on the volume of data you are trying to manage at a given point in time. It can be very frustrating, especially when working on time-sensitive projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to share data across multiple areas of the business with people working in different countries/time zones. Smartsheet allowed for us to create documents and share them with the necessary users while managing their permissions. There is also the ability to see the history in particular cells so you can track changes and reverse errors by being able to see who changed what and when.
Smartsheet Has Been Instrumental
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been very instrumental in helping us convert from a paper oriented business, to one on the cutting edge in our industry. Everything is now electronic and at the fingertips of our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing we can think of that we dislike about Smartsheet. We have been able to use this tool and mold it to our needs. We are constantly thinking up new ways that Smartsheet can help us in our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is being used in a multiple of ways whether it being to bring visibility to our departments KPI's to getting project information to our staff out in the field.
Smartsheet real time update for teams report
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a good tool for teams real time update that helps to check the status of work or project. Commands are also friendly user and easy to use and same commands also with excel. Dashboard is also good to visualized the status.
What do you dislike about the product?
With limitations on column and rows but this can be upgraded by the smartsheet in a short time. Dashboard can be also improve by adding different tools that can help for visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collaboration with different even in different place and easy to use and access thru website and internet connections. Real time data can be show or check on this application thru dashboard or trackers.

Great Tool for Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a valuable tool for planning teamwork and sharing ideas. One of the best features is Smartsheet's templates - they are great for making work more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, some users find it complex to work with the tool and do not invest time to understand the basic mechanisms better. Maybe a different approach should be offered to people not used to spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes work management and project collaboration easier for our team thanks to its pre-defined templates and sharing capacities. It's a tool that contributes to reducing workload.
Smartsheet Not Keeping Up
What do you like best about the product?
The project Gantt, automation, general sheet templates and Card view. It intergrates well with Zapier which is critical and important to my business without any pain or hassel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charting functionality needs to be improved in the dashboard, to basic. It would be good if it also have some standard templements that some CRM use (e.g. pipeline). The pricing of add ons is not clear and when communicated is discouraging. Pricing is stupid and EAP worthless. They don't care about business level costumers. Basically all the add ons are about 3 years behind others. Majority of the products you want are either on enterprise level pricing. So basically, they are really loosing traction with SME Customer and Consulting groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have central talking point and viewing area. This incourage discussion and invotation from my team. It also allows for consolidation of information from different programmes and sources into one location.
Easy to use and helpful for project management on a specific timeline
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a robust and intuitive solution that helps us to manage all running projects with ease of sheet sharing, permission control, alert notification, and data visibility. It is far better than the MS Excel tool and it offers a great data display option to manage smooth workflow and efficiency. There are so many advantages of using it that are helpful for our business and seamless collaboration.

Some complex features are difficult to learn and not easy for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us to track project progress easily, automate the workflow, improve productivity, and save time. It is well-designed software that offers great visualization options for the user's needs and provides great visibility on project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Smartsheet's easy-to-use interface, extensive customization, and lightning-fast ability to integrate. It enables me to track multiple projects simultaneously by entering entire batches of data simultaneously. Additionally, the sleek design is aesthetically pleasing while providing an excellent value proposition for our company. Most importantly, we have been very impressed by their dedication to making ongoing improvements that provide more options, such as creating dashboards from a variety of spreadsheets, which helps us save time and money over other similar products on the market today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Smartsheet frustrating when I need more information from the side menu because it is slow to respond. Rather than having the user manually cycle through options one by one, all options should be available immediately upon selection. Also, the ability to save zoomed-in images for later use would go a long way toward reducing copy/paste errors that occur across multiple sheets or projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made my office run more efficiently and smoothly. Instead of spending hours on manual work, we use the comprehensive features in Smartsheet's Resource Center and dedicated workspaces for our large database of student information - and have seen a significant increase in productivity as a result.
Optimize your time with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great way to align different teams and stakeholders so that they can work together effectively. The intuitive user experience makes it easy for everyone to learn quickly and easily. In addition, the streamlined task management process allows projects to be completed with far greater efficiency than many other solutions out there! This is why I am such an avid fan - its practicality leads to results that would otherwise seem impossible or unattainable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Smartsheet does not offer the same flexibility as Excel when it comes to moving frozen named columns. While I understand why this is a desirable feature to save time and effort for some tasks, long-term planning or data analysis that requires a lot of space for new data points can be hindered by this limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been a great asset to our company because it makes organizing and collaborating on large data sets much easier. I find that it saves me a lot of time in terms of ensuring data accuracy, tracking progress across projects, verifying that administrative tasks have been completed, and so on.
Smartsheet: Powerful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things is we switched from MS to smartphone it is a powerful tool with same environment as MS. I using it from past 1 year and I love it how it works it supports MS Excel formulas. Easy to import xls files without any issue. Best part of smartsheet the collaboration features. It helps our whole team to stay connected and easy gives project updates. UI is user friendly. Easy to prioritise task, send notification and broadcast to whole team. I love the drag and drop features to create forms that helps me to collect data from the whole team. User and access management is one of the main feature I love the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet is a heavy web based applications took too much browser resources that impact the system performance. It would be great if the can create it light web so it doesn't not effect the web based performance. The whole concept of smartsheet is web based so it they xan fix this that would be a great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me to easily manage the whole team and project. I can easily manage large amount of data without any performance issues. Its features like broadcast, GANTT, Project Planning and Template helps me to manage the project data easily.
