Smartsheet is an exceptional tool project managers can use to enhance their organizational skills and streamline project tracking. With its unique project tracking tools, Smartsheet provides a comprehensive platform that aids in staying organized throughout the project lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Smartsheet simplifies complex tasks with its modular architecture and clean interface. Adding attachments is effortless, and I can use the individualized reports, dashboards, and discussion indicators to keep everyone on my team on the same page. The tiered checklists are also useful for staying organized when faced with a challenging project - they make it easier than ever to identify every detail without missing anything important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of features in Smartsheet compared to Excel. It would be extremely helpful if Smartsheet had auto-update capabilities with form submissions, as well as pre-populated drop-down columns based on existing data. These features would greatly streamline reporting and make using this software much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me take control of the tasks and initiatives I'm responsible for. Its features make it much easier for me to collaborate with team members on projects related to client-based work.
This is the easiest way to create a Gantt chart!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Smartsheet is the easy way to create a Gantt chart - so quick and effortless. Also, using the Predecessor option make my job a real pleasure, as there is no need to update dates and periods manually!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if Smartsheet has better views for exporting the charts. Very often I need to export for my clients and the missing feature is to have the Gantt chart view on a separarate page. Also fit to page option for exporting in PDF would be create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me visualising timelines and project workflows. It allows me bring in one view all the small project details the client needs to see and put them on a timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
How you can collaborate with your teams or cross functionals in one place and project manage upcoming key deliverables and key customer moments, also, it is very helpful to have the ability to create rules to automate processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually can be a little bit too much, and sometimes is not very user friendly, we needed so much guidance to build the type of documents that we needed, we reached out to multiple people to find the answers that we needed as well because the FAQs weren't enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have real time visibility of upcoming projects/deliverables in a global team, to increase global collaboration and manage better the workload. Also to have visibility of how we are prioritizing our clients through the activities that include.

I like the possibility to add attachments to a sheet and tag people.

What do you dislike about the product?
The current text formatting lacks quality. I desire the capability to apply colors and emphasize text within cells. Moreover, I'm not particularly fond of the Gantt view as it lacks intuitiveness and doesn't allow for convenient placement of milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle numerous projects simultaneously. My typical approach in Smartsheet is to share project phases, timelines, and milestones with the customer through a shared sheet. Additionally, I utilize it as an issue log, providing a dedicated space for the customer to report any issues/bugs that require our attention throughout the project.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reminders feature, the comment sections, the fact you can attach files to a single row so everything is in one place. This is similar to other tools, but Smatsheet has more integrations and ways to organize files uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is not a live collaborative tool. You have to save sheets every time otherwise you can loose your changes. Ideally we see other people collaborating and sheets savings automatically like Google sheets

Limited Mobile Experience: While Smartsheet offers a mobile app, the experience and functionality on mobile devices may be somewhat limited compared to the desktop version. Some advanced features may not be available or may have reduced usability on mobile platforms.

Smartsheet is improving productivity, enhanced collaboration, increased efficiency, better and prompt decision-making, and overall project success. By addressing these common problems, Smartsheet empowers teams to work more effectively and achieve goals efficiently.
Projects and Tracking All the Steps
What do you like best about the product?
I can use the ready-to-use templates for different purposes so that I can't afford to make a new one. Also I can copy the oldest projects for the new one which is saving my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can get and see the notifications when somebody changes or add anything on the sheet. The shared sheets can be seen on the home page not under a folder. User ınterface can be changed in terms of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a medical company we have hundreds of products. These products have specific features. Each product has a package insert which approximately 10 page. we use smartsheet to see all products specification in one page including all features it provides us to save our time instead of looking them by one by. we can also filter them to see our main focus. The other main purpose is to track our instrument installations. nDifferent tasks should be done by different departments. It allows us to be together and to follow up the business in a short time.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet does make documentation organized and likely a reliable library for softcopies of files. It is also accessible to other individuals who are currently involved in a certain project.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not yet encountered any factors I may dislike about Smartsheet. If I may have seen one, I think it will be workable and will not affect the overall purpose of sSmartsheet.

Smartsheet solves the problem of individuals who will need to work together even from afar. The daily task of the individuals will be shared and monitored as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Making our job orders and requests more convenient and accessible to other employees. It can also help organize files and attachments and can make interactions simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major disadvantage in using smartsheet. It is more on the beneficial side as it helps our daily work more accurate and easier. Maybe it's downside is since it is online based, we cannot access the application offline.

Organizing requests and job orders. Smartsheet helps to make it simple to search for documents and to download attachments. You can also search easily on what you are looking for in a specific report.
