Smartsheet - Collaboration for all
What do you like best about the product?
I find the collaboration in Smarshet to be the best part. This allows me to work with my team overseas and keep the projects flowing. Another thing I absolutely love is all the preloaded templates. This allows me to create something with ease and modify it to what I need exactly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides I found, is I have trouble with the mobile app. It tends to crash on me from time to time and my changes are not saved. This is not frequent, but it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to collaborate and assign tasks for my agents over seas. It has also changed the way I look at sheets. I am a big Excel user, and a lot of times, I still go back to excel. But Smartsheet allows me to do things I cant, like card view.
Great for Project Management and Data Collection
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, tons of tutorials and videos to learn things. Smartsheet has many additional features that can't be found on Excel. Smartsheet also has a lot of great ways to display data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the membership for annual renewal seems to increase every year. This makes it a harder sell to our IT/IS department when purchasing programs when we have bundles with Microsoft (excel) that can do many similar things to Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The work flows help to hold people accountable to deadlines and provide a good overview for the progress updates on projects. People are reminded on the dates that they are due.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet promotes collaboration by providing real-time updates and notifications. Multiple team members can work on a sheet simultaneously, making it easy to share information, discuss projects, and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet provides spreadsheet-like functionality, it has limitations when it comes to formatting options compared to dedicated spreadsheet software. I find it lacking in advanced formatting features or customizations available in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation: Smartsheet offers automation features to streamline repetitive tasks. Team members can automate workflows, notifications, and reminders based on specific triggers or conditions, saving time and reducing manual effort. Plus setting due dates and being able to see them in different ways (Grid/Gantchart)
Useful tool for daily organization
What do you like best about the product?
The diversity of tools you can find and how you can have them interlinked. You can have analytical files, surveys, calendars and have all combined in one single hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the dashboard I can't freely move the items around. But it doesn't significatively affect the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With smartsheet I can have in one single place all the files and different smarsheet dashboards, and I can share it with all team live (e.g. we don't have to wait 24h for the items to be uploaded and available for everyone, contrary to other platforms we use).

It is an online spreadsheet that can be shared with multiple users, allowing them to use and interact with the sheet simultaneously.
The number of templates and, more importantly, the ease of setting up and maintaining conditional formatting. On other spreadsheets, conditional formatting is a pain.

What do you dislike about the product?
The manual save feature. I hate it, I wish there were a sheet that saves every keystroke with an online product.
I've lost work countless times as I've forgotten to manually save, which I understand is a "me" problem; an automatic save feature would help this idiot out!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the firm uses Smartsheet to track and manage multiple projects. I personally use it to track the compliance of ongoing projects and registers for the firm. The registers can be accessed by multiple users at the same time, through the firm instead of just one user at a time.
I love Smartsheet, it really helps me to track my working progress!

Sharing the data with another colleague, so we can collaborate to make the jobs more accessible and transparent

We have to use Internet all the time and we have to save our work more often. There's no auto saved at all! I'm afraid my task is gone so i have to save my paper really really often

It helps me to input all the progress that we made in a month. I can input the progress and our director can monitor all the progress that we made
Impressed by Smartsheets Ability to Host Multiple Database
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to showcase live data reports to both executives and supervisors on all levels and departments
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet may sometimes prevent outside users from seeing data and will require them to have a license to view said data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue I am having is creating dashboards in Excel that represent accurate data. However, because the data needs to be updated by other engineers throughout the week, the information is not correct. However with Smartsheet, I am able to get proper data from all teams including my fellow engineers and am now able to present to upper management
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Smartsheet are its multiple functionalities, the fact that you can create automation according to your needs is beneficial. Smartsheet teams is constantly improving their formulas to manage your projects as your convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't tell if this is something I'd dislike about Smartsheet; I would suggest adding some functions like the one to create a dynamic table.
A nice update in the filter would be significant to display all the filter options without entering into the filter window.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been very helpful to keep on track all our projects; having all the information consolidated in one site is great. There's no need to have multiple files; everybody with access to the internet is able to access the information.

One standout feature of Smartsheet is its excellent integration capabilities. It seamlessly connects with popular third-party applications, such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office, allowing us to collaborate and access files from multiple platforms without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Smartsheet has many features for managing projects, it could have better reporting options. It would be helpful to have more choices for reports, like templates and visualizations, to analyze project data and share information easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves issues with resource management and task tracking. We can better utilize resources, complete projects on schedule, and produce better results with its powerful features for allocating resources, managing task dependencies, and tracking progress.
Super easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
All my information and scheduling are all together on one sheet. My whole company uses it as our daily Gant sheet, simplifying each department. Work orders are completed in a digital format, also
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say negative about this software. The only thing that has been brought to my attention is that when others enter their information into the sheets, and someone is already using the line, it does not lock the other person out or at least show that another PM is already using that line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have now gone from paper work orders to now digital format. All jobs are fully transparent throughout all departments. Our PM's are more efficient in their careers.
