Project Monitoring Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a good project monitoring tool. Each team member can contribute data or information whether they are in the office or the site. Data is shared in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheet is that you can't access it when you don't have an internet connection or are in an area where the mobile data signal is hard to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Project monitoring and task management were now organized, unlike before. Now, we can determine which task needs to be given priority, and we can plan better.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it's online and shared between users
Online sharing is what i love because i used to use excel a lot and the drop-down menu.

What do you dislike about the product?
reducing free options earlier we could do more without having to purchase the license

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all can access the same document. Easier than excel to use. Formulas are easier we are more productive
IMPROVISED ONLINE SPREADSHEET
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and helpful specifically in our line of work where monitoring is critical and you need an easy access to everything your team has been doing
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I cannot think of any because what you can do in the usual spreadsheet can also be performed using the smartsheet and can even do better than the other apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have really big problem in terms of monitoring of our workload in the team, not that we are using smartsheet, we can easily access the worksheet and identify which projects are still pending and done
It's incredibly helpful for our regular office operations.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our data in estimates to easily track and automate the estimates report. Smartsheet is a multi-task app that can easily connect to all user. It helps my team to collaborate to other department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really beneficial to my work, we can monitor our day to day task. We can filter the task per projects basis and per maonths or say, so no dislike about smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily track and monitor our incoming job orders, and we can filter according to our requirements. We have many incoming job orders from various business development, so we can check which is most priority.
An exciting and challenging experience
What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability. That was the reason why we've chosen Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The poor design of the interface. When you work with Smartsheet, you operate in a "data" environment, which means a "boring" world. Therefore, I believe it would be more appreciated if there were a better interface with more graphic tools and enhanced connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet was the best way to manage our tasks coming from customers, keeping history and record for each one.
Has become an essential tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is user-friendly to anyone comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets but has a dynamic workflow surpassing the other two programs. I use this program to create interactive dashboards and embed them on my website. To do this is extremely simple and requires zero maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike with Smartsheets is the inability to build combination charts. For example, I use bar graphs with linear line graphs for forecasting. It would be amazing to be able to have Smartsheets do this so it can be incorporated into dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allow me to create interactive dashboards for public presentations. This provides a level of transparency we, as a public entity, have never had before.
Most User-Friendly Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been the most useful tool in my day to day work to create project plans, track metrics and display the data into a visual high level dashboard that leadership prefers to see. Forms, automation and alert to changes has also been a big life saver for auto reminders to teams across my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet could benefit from letting users add a view only link into the automatic reminders emails and alerts rather than having users click on the link to log-in when they are not everyday users. If there is a lot of data in one dashboard, it can be very slow when editing and if too many people may be viewing a dashboard, it can sometimes show an error message on the graph or media but overall, smartsheet works on these types of improvements over time as users submit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, workflow improvements and visual information has helped keep team members accountable for their work and helped leadership view high level tracking and data for various departments

I love the collaboration aspect within Smartsheet - easy to share the smartsheet and have multiple users track inputs & progress

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Smartsheet sticky keys functioned more similarly to excel - if we could have the ALT keys function more similarly, that'd be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping us project manage especially for collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders - helping us keep organized

Sometimes it can be a little slow or has some sort of issue working properly.

We can put all of our work information into smart sheets and are able to find and use it easily.
Fantastic toolset
What do you like best about the product?
It's a comprehensive web based tool that does more than just provide project management - it allows for a host of capabilities and dashboarding. And it's easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's another tool. Sometimes we get tired of 'another tool.' Another logon - another way of doing things. It's not a microsoft tool...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick tool to give external stakeholders a view of what's going on, and be able to provide input in a simplified way. Dashboarding that is easy to create and ready/secure access.
