Efficient task tracking and enhanced teamwork is all we need
What do you like best about the product?
What strikes me about Smartsheet is its extensive project management capabilities. The feature that allows us to assign tasks and track their progress streamlines our workflow. Its ability to generate Gantt charts and visual timelines helps us in monitoring project milestones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has a lot of features, which can sometimes be too much. Plus, changing the way it looks to suit your needs can take a bit of time and know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us make our work processes smoother and work better as a team. It acts as our go-to place for all updates about a project, which cuts down on confusion and helps us make decisions more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
A functional software for a real time that helps in the status of a certain projects. You can easily check the status since data are there already. User-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to open the website. There are certain limitations on rows and columns. By adding different tools as a choice for more visualization may help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project or data collaboration on different trades. With a good internet access, you can connect easily on the website. Check status on a certain project for updates.
Comprehensive Project Management, Team Collaboration and Workflow Automation System
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how versatile Smartsheet is; I can customize columns and switch between views as needed. It's helpful when I'm trying to identify patterns in tasks or track progress over time, because I have an overall view of projects that allows me to analyze data at a glance. The automated reminders are also very useful to ensure everyone meets their deadlines! Overall, the convenience and organizational benefits that Smartsheet provides make it one of my favorite project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Smartsheet's interface options to be extremely limiting when it comes to keeping track of information. Without external markers a la table borders, I often have difficulty identifying omissions and errors in data presentation. Additionally, the lack of an option that allows me to easily merge multiple tables for concise summaries is extremely frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves the problem of workflow automation, which has a number of benefits for me personally. By automating the transfer of data between departments and the collection of approvals, I'm freed from having to micromanage my projects every step of the way.
A versatile tool to be used in every department of the company
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet does not limit us in designing dedicated solutions to support business processes. It is the only such tool in which you can take advantage of the versatility of spreadsheets, the ease of data exchange of a cloud solution, a communication platform for teams and the automation of business processes - workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many such points, I could just point to the calendar view - this one needs to be "refreshed". should get a fresher look, easier switching between event display options, more options for synchronization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has almost completely replaced the spreadsheets of office packages for task organization, working time management, sales data collection, accounting settlements, settlement of working time with clients, and management of commercial contracts. Smartsheet helps organize this data using tools similar to other spreadsheets, but with the added benefits of ease of use, comprehensive access, use of a mobile application, process automation and communication tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very useful for any business, whether small or big. Its collaboration feature is one of the best. It is user-friendly and it is a reliable tool for Project Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't have any problems or issues using Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Smartsheet, it is easier to collaborate with my team. I also find it helpful in gathering reports and data as well as giving tasks to our team - for better tracking and visualizing our process workflows.
Powerful Tool for Organizing and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use and relatively intuitive. The ability to share data and allow for real-time updates makes keeping matters on task, and everyone who needs to know the status of a case can easily find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation that user experience if the are not a licensed user. Also, the lacke of ease to copy and paste from a smart sheet to out outside sheet without exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has provided us a single place to view all tasks at hand, who they are assigned to and resource management. It has allowed for organization of work tasks and automation of work flows as a task moves through the process
Really great platform - Difficult to growth
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool allows you to make deployments in a matter of minutes. Is really user friendly and intuitive. The modules, reports and dashboard are really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have many limits like the number of columns and rows and the updates of the dates on dashboards. Sometimes the dashboards crash when are under development and have a lot of data. And the pricing model when are in the enterprise plan is really hard to growth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall management of studies, automating repetitives tasks, saving time and effort resulting in more accurate and reliable results. Give data analysis capabilities to the company.
Powerful Organizational Tool with Workflow Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the most useful part of Smartsheet is the collaboration, easy-to-review comments and attachments per row, and the various workflow automations that are available on the sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there are limitations on the VLOOKUP formulas, which means I'm forced to use the INDEX/COLLECT Formula. It really should implement a similar function to Excel's XLOOKUP formula, which is much easier to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to store large spreadsheet files on my local drive, and allows me to pull data easily from one sheet to another using column formulas and workflow automation to update row statuses.
Great Application for Big Companies
What do you like best about the product?
There are many many uses for this program. The ability to notify line by line updates to team members with a click of a button is quite helpful. Automations and Datamesh are two of my favorite uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to just highlight a field and copy/paste like you would an excel document. the field has to be double clicked to get the actual data to copy. This can be mildly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time updating and the ability for all of us to work in the same sheet at the same time can be really really helpful.
Works for multiple audiences with so many uses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are creating documents for different types of audiences in our company. We deliver overviews for retreats and use Smartsheet for our day-to-day project, budget, and staff management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet is so customizable that it takes time to get familiar with all the range of uses and tools available. I would like to see more "hands-on" short video training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can link all of our data to our dashboards. The system gives us enough flexibility with formulas that it achieves the same results as Excel but with more options for presentation and overviews of our results.
