Sharing Sheets and Report with the organization
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilty to:
- share and work online on sheets and reports
- create electronic forms
- grant different level of access to different users
- view a log of the modifications (user that performed the modification, the cell modified, the content of the cell,...)

What do you dislike about the product?
The need to save using the button save. An autosave function would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use smartheet to work in collaboration with the team on sheets and reports, for work management and workflow management.
I really appreciate the possibility to create tailored online forms.

A smart tool for smartly automate manual tasks and improve efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a very user-friendly platform, even for users with no prior experience with project management software. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to create and edit sheets. Offers a wide range of features that can help businesses of all sizes improve their project management processes. The features which I prefer most about it, include task management, resource planning, collaboration tools, and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complex widgets need more learning stuff to get started quickly on it. Rest all fine and perfectly works to improve efficiency in teamwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The part I have found most beneficial is that dashboards can be linked to reports that are built of sheets. The proficiency to revamp data in a statement or dashboard and have it update the source sheet is a real-time saver.
Smartsheet is very helpful especially in tracking our project milestones.

It has size limits and integration limitations.

It helps me track and plan every project milestone easily. Creating project dashboards and collaborating with other team members make it easy for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it functions like MS Projects and it can generate beautiful dashboards that help me in my reporting in my work. I can easily update progress reports and I can make my very own forms for our engineers and other personnel alike

The very jagged and rough file directory. I find it real hard to navigate through number of files and document. Maybe improve on the file directory whereby we can easily search vairous files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of pleasing to the eyes and easily understandable reports. Centralization of various data on which i can connect various sheets and other items for me to track better
Collaborative and User Friendly Enviroment
What do you like best about the product?
Really collaborative and adaptive platform with exceptional customer service. This tool has endless opportunities; we feel like we're just scratching the surface!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much to learn! It's almost overwhelming. Having a dedicated employee on staff to explore and optimize would be a great solution, but that's not an option for us right now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to collaborate on projects with the team - it allows real-time changes, so we're not duplicating efforts. This gives us more time to be creative and interact with clients, less time needed to manage and organize the project!

I like the collaboration aspect of Smartsheet; you can collaborate with other users on the sheet simultaneously.
In addition, the Salesforce connector is vital for our reporting needs. To have live information flowing back and forth helps users outside of Salesforce have a view of our data. The same goes for the Hubspot connector.

It does not collaborate with Tableau.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets help connect multiple business units into one system so that everyone can easily collaborate and have a full view of our data.
Massive timesaver - Love an automation!
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for us has been the automated workflows. My default response now to any repeated action is 'can this be automated? One trigger in one of our sheets now sends out 10 different communications to varying stakeholders. From an onboarding perspective, it's been transformative.
Love the dashboards for reviewing work too and the intergations with GoogleDocs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Same as excel. You'll need to do a bit of learning to get the best out of the system and the formulae aren't always carbon copies of those you're familiar with in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding and whole recruitment process is so much slicker with Smartsheets. You don't need an all singing all dancing ATS to onboard if you utilize this to build your forms and automations. Could be a massive cost saver for some businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is how clean, easy to navigate and organized Smartsheet templates are. More importantly, it keeps things synchronized when connected to multiple sources, i love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should have been an option to create PPTs in addition to dashboards in Smartsheet, I would have loved that because one time, i had to create a detailed dashboard in place of a PPT.

Smartsheet is solving problems related to collaboration and workflow management and keeping things synchronized, especially related to time and money calculations.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps our team create a comprehensive report using a dashboard. Through its collaboration feature, the team can finish the tasks much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet have features that can help users to process data, it also lacks some features. For those who uses MS Project a lot, some features are not available in Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps project managers to create a timeline and tasks as a replacement for MS Project since MS project is not available for Macbooks. Files can be exported to other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a powerful PM software that could be easily adopted by any organization looking to standardize their project management tools & methodologies. It is intuitive, user friendly, and offers good on-line help tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live helpdesk is difficult to contact - different time zones, so takes too long to set up an appointment if you need hands-on assistance.

Standardization of the entire project lifecycle from intake to lessons learned.
