Keeps Everything Organized.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like best about Smartsheet is the ability to keep multiple on-going projects organized while having multiple users. Having different sheets and keeping track of what I want organized has helped a lot in my everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my dislikes with Smartsheet is filtering. It is easy to create a filtered sheet, but when it comes to trying to print the sheet, it seems to cause many different problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only does it help with keeping inventory effectively, but it benefits us with keeping track of what daily tasks were performed by various end users. I can see inventory supplies of multiple different departments as well, which really helps with inventory.
Achieving goals easily with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Smartsheet gives me a comprehensive view of project progress and allows me to analyse data quickly. The platform is simple enough for anyone to use, but has some advanced features that allow experienced users in specific fields, such as construction or product development, to gain a range of insights. I also like the various integrations that are available, which can drastically reduce repetitive tasks, allowing more time to be spent on real decision-making roles within departments beyond just IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like Smartsheet's steep learning curve. It can be difficult for users to get up to speed quickly without an introductory course or professional help to master the features. This can lead to frustration and wasted time as individuals struggle to navigate the interface.

Smartsheet helps me stay organised by providing a platform to track the progress of our projects and initiatives. This makes it easier to effectively coordinate my time across teams and allows me to anticipate potential successes or obstacles before they arise.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Smartsheet is the best project management software out there. It offers robust automation features that make it easier and faster to complete tasks with minimal effort. Its intuitive interface provides a great balance of accessible features for both basic users and those who need more advanced settings. Progress can be easily visualised through its pre-defined templates, which allow task assignments as well as notifications of activity changes or updates along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the complexity and clunkiness within Smartsheet's syntax. The lack of clarity in certain interactions often leads to confusion when learning to use the application. I also find the need to pay for access modules a little daunting, as it treats features as luxuries rather than necessities.

With Smartsheet, I can consolidate all my data in one easy-to-access place. It helps me keep track of who has access to the data and how it is being used or shared, which makes collaboration within our team more efficient and effective.

There are a lot of ways you can change Smartsheet to fit your needs, but sometimes it feels like too much and it's hard to figure out what to do. Also, you might spend more time setting things up than you want to.

Smartsheet is a problem solver for coordinating team activities and tracking project progress. Its comprehensive views, from grid to Gantt charts, allow us to manage and visualize our workflow effectively. Automated reminders keep everyone accountable and on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides some great pre-built marketing template sets that allowed me to quickly and easily set up a marketing services request process. The customizable forms, reports and dashboards help me stay on track with job requests and deadlines, and easily generate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to collaborate with users that aren't in our organization, or don't have paid accounts. For a small organization, it can be really costly to continue to add paid accounts for temporary users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet forms has made it easy to collect all the information I need at the start of a project request. It eliminates the back and forth conversations asking for missing details and information.

Smartsheet really helps me a lot on my daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Smartsheet is that you can generate a report based on your need. A dashboard is created to simplify the reporting while the raw details are still available if needed. Also, one helpful feature of Smartsheet, it notifies you in your email in case a deadline is approaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheet is that users don't have real-time visibility in case two or more users are simultaneously modifying the same columns. Also, having a license account is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me to have an instant dashboard for reporting, which can be used for Management meetings. Also, since I have multiple projects that need to be monitored, I don't need to manually access the tracker since it already provides automatic notifications in my email for each deadline approaching.
Smartsheet- Work Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick efficent and easy to use, works just like excel except you dont need to be skilled to get the best out of smartsheet, hints tips are always available and cusotmer support is super!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the searching critera but if you put " " at the beg and end it searches for exacts so it is just finding the little hints that make life easier

It is live for us and customers and we can see edititng history which is amazing!
Excellent for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
This is a really useful project management tool that allows multiple team members to contribute to the plan and the uploading of emails, documents, and other files. There's so much I've only just scratched the surface of but with all the apps you can add this tool is extremely versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is easy to use yet they should have more tutorials like videos or shorts about how to use some features, especially in creating a dashboard. I find it hard to customize my dashboard because there are limited options to link the source data. Also, pages are not updating in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has a lot of features but for me, the best feature is you can create different sheets and link them together so they work like a database. For example, in Project Management we have Milestone Tracker wherein all the project and the billing milestone can be easily tracked and generated reports depending on the request of our top management. Losing track on Billing Milestone and Project Deliverables Target is a major challenges in Project Management, with the help of the trackers and report generation we can easily evaluate the issues to be resolved and prioritize.

What do you like best about the product?
The interactive worksheets and the ease of sharing the sheets between the company. I also like the number of templates on offer and the easy guidance on how to create effective sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
No auto-saving, I continuously lose my information because of it. I don't know if this is a feature that needs switching on or not available. I would like this feature in a cloud-based platform. Each key stroke should be saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates, I lack any creativity, so it's nice to have templates in place to help me save time in creating sheets so individuals to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Smarsheet's automation of workflows is a true game-changer when it comes to managing projects and enhancing organizational productivity. It offers a comprehensive set of tools and features that make collaboration, task management, and workflow automation an absolute breeze. Project scheduling and reporting are intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited widgets and form creation functionality. I find that form deployment to apps is limited if not non-existent. Some feature enhancement requests take years to be resolved.
