very good and efficient tool
What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of creating reports and dashbaords for reporting
- Efficient and time savings created
- Great when needing inputs from multiple people across a team. One version of the truth alongside visibility.
- one tool can be used to create a solution which is great e.g. collecting the data then also showing the outputs etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
some features are limited and need improving:
- making edits to reports without affecting the sheet e.g. to font, highlighting cells, etc.
- combining dashboards for printing in one go
- gantt chart option should have more features available to rival that of MS project
- copy paste limitation e.g. restricted by no of rows
- More options for chart type

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time consuming administrative tasks e.g. the form helps with this alongside automations
Accuracy and consistency of data collection giving you more meaningful outputs
Dynamic view enables restricted views - great for when you want contractors to input but not view all your content.

I am using Smartsheet years since I am a production supervisor
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best of Smartsheet it to collaborate with coworkers in real time. All relevant information when developing new processes or ensuring project integrity is presented in an easy-to-read and editable format. You can get the information as detailed as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can be a bit slow and there can be some issues and bugs. And the search function "find" sometimes does not find the object in the first place. It has to click twice to get the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Smartsheet for schedule management. The platform is very beneficial for production management duties. The ease with which I can create, edit and access timelines allows me to use the product efficiently. And the notification to alert the team member, it is great

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to connect to other leaders in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts are expensive. I wish it looked/formatted easily when exported to Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of not being able to share with our staff. Now staff get automated messages when they meet training criteria and have a good idea of where they stand
Easy to learn / use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to have a collaborative spreadsheet. My coworkers and I love using it since it is clean looking and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the latest update, attached files open in a weird pop up and is annoying to work around. I have to remember to open in a new tab.

Keeping track of orders, status, and assigning tasks to resolve issues
A very customizable software to fill those gaps within your business operational software
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable work flows. With a little training, you can make custom forms and assign tasks. This helps with getting those certain processes that you have in your organization that can be streamlined or automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you need certain sheets and reports to connect to create dashboards. Once you learn how it works but takes time to figure it out. If they could create a more user friendly way to do this like their forms, I feel it would really improve the user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the businesses that I implemented Smartsheet was a manufacturing facility that had no planning department or system to do this. We looked at adding the planning module to the ERP but the costs and timeline did not work for us. We build sheets for each business unit with workflows and production dashboards to create our own planning and production scheduler.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to think of Smartsheet as Excel and Project on steroids. It has all of the same features but so much more with dashboards, forms, task management, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Although you find very few items missing, Smartsheet is great at taking that input and if the community agrees to the need, they will put in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time reporting with dashboards, better task management and resource planning. Makes individuals and teams much more productive and provides leadership with constant insight.

What do you like best about the product?
As an integrated project management platform, Smartsheet is vital on my daily project management work, not only due to the platform's capabilities but also by bringing people together when it comes to turning projects into reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to dislike anything about Smartsheet. Maybe the possibility of merging cells would be an excellent feature to implement in the future. Also, integration with external data sources, in real-time, would be an added-value to Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet in bringing all the information, resources and people together in a unified environment. It definitely reduces the waste of time from the project teams, by avoiding repetitive, and often extensive follow-up calls, because most of the information / status updates can be loaded on Smartsheet upfront. This optimizes the project team's work, and naturally helps out reducing costs and saving time.

You can track almost any kind of project and share results with all the relevant stakeholders using reports and dashboads

Not easy to understand some mechanism but not so difficulti to learn them from community or instructions found on internet

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and easy to teach and learn. It allows our interior design team to collaborate on sheets and send copies of specific rows to clients for direct approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more flexibility in how pdfs are exported, the ability to incorporate our logo, change the font, etc. to make it more graphically appealing. I would like it to save my work automatically instead of having to save every 10 minutes.

Smartsheet is a workplace life changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been amazing to help us with creating a dashboard that puts all our on-boarding information into one place for new hires. This dashboard makes all information new hires need easily accessible, it has been a game changer for new hires!
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendars are a bit difficult to learn, I would love to have one that tracks new hires and have a challenge making one that will fit our needs. It would be nice if a calendar could be more readily available in Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our onboarding issues. It allows us to place all information for new hires in one spot and send them a link to the dashboard. This helps us from sending them so many connections and remembering where to go. They can refer back to the dashboard.
