What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about Smartsheet is that it is easy to use, mainly if you have used other project management tools before; it also gives me endless customization options. Moreover, it integrates smoothly with various tools, saving me time and effort by automatically delivering updates and eliminating the need for constant follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Smartsheet are occasional issues with offline form submissions and the limitation where individuals without licenses in cannot edit the sheets, even with changed permissions

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I appreciate most about Smartsheet is its flexibility. We can customize it to our workflow, whether we're planning a marketing campaign or developing a new product. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and automate notifications keep us on track and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite Smartsheet's merits, its mobile application needs improvements. Navigation is cumbersome and synchronizing updates between devices can be slow. This hampers the team's ability to manage projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made managing projects a lot easier. We spend less time on things like updating progress and keeping track of deadlines. Plus, we always know about upcoming tasks or changes because of its alert system.

Smartsheet has completely changed how I manage projects. With its strong features and ability to work with other software, it helps me plan tasks well and keeps my team and our projects organized.

Smartsheet’s mobile app could use some improvements. It does not offer the same fluid user experience as the desktop version, which makes it less effective for remote work.

Smartsheet can be helpful when multiple users need to collaborate and update dates and statuses in project plans that can then be summarized and consoldated into dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users are pushed to purchase additional licenses when in most cases, they really should not need them. As a result, costs can quickly add up unless closely managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows multiple team members and project managers update the status of their tasks interactively, eliminating the need for a single project manager to have to do the data entry for the projects. The information is then automatically consolidated into project and program dashboards.
Great User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like SmartSheet because it is very user friendly and keeps my team and I organized and on top of all of our work. I have rarely ran into any issues with this platform which I appreciate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about SmartSheet is that they don't give you much training materials.

Very easy to use, it allows you to collaborate more effectively with members of organization. It offers many built in templates ready to use

Training required on building dashboards custom to your needs. Other than that not much

Smartsheet is a GREAT tool for any tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a great way to share and manage complex or simple schedules and lists. I like that I can share with people both inside and outside of my organization. It is also very beneficial to receive notifications on updates and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading times... I am sure this is a personal issue as well, but if the sheet could partially load, sometimes that would be better than taking 20 mins to fully load.
I'd like to see the mobile app get as much love as the desktop version of Smartsheet. I am on iPhone, and it is not as intuitive as the desktop. Gant charts, specifically, are challenging to view on mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to assign tasks or schedule items to specific companies or people and track real-time progress or failures. It's an excellent tool for holding everyone accountable, including internal personnel.
Great solution for reducing the burden off administrative functions.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to learn from scratch. The functionality is impressive for the cost of licensing, and the support is also impressive. I've used Microsoft Dynamics, and Smartsheet gives it a run for the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has a few things to improve upon. The ability to format reports and documents is lacking. It would be great to be able to see Team member availability from Outlook calendars for scheduling meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a small growing company. Smartsheet solutions will enable better project tracking by making updates easy to gather and submit. Some nice personal task-tracking features will be helpful to people who are being pulled in many directions. We are relatively new to Smartsheet, but the more I use it the more opportunities I see to make work easier for myself and others in the company.

The options you have for project management, tracking of pending projects and resource management in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without proper training, users will not be able to properly use the tool and learn about its capabilities.

SmartSheet helps you to give a proper follow-up to projects as well as to work teams.
Robust & Simple at the Same Time
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is flexible in its complexity of use - it can remain simple and work effectively, but it can also be very complex and still remain effective. In short, the breadth of application is wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Smartsheet is how it can be challenging to navigate efficiently once fully built out, particularly if used infrequently or if you only use part of the Smartsheet environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped our working group to effectively build out development plans for a variety of projects. This is not unique; however, the way in which Smartsheet's project tracking sheets can also grow and shift to accommodate "build as you fly" projects has been a welcome addition to our work.
