Great features and integration
What do you like best about the product?
the automation features make processes seamless. I use the the feature to send emails on my behalf and capture approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to work on the same sheet at the same time like Google products allow for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use smartsheeet as a server for company workflows and documentation

What do you like best about the product?
It helped me transition from MS office programs and made all the data interactive for all the team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploaded file size limits. Sometimes I have to use alternative sources for file upload to share a link with the teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone accountable - nobody can say that they didn't receive some crucial information as everything is public and available to everyone. It also helps that the list of the jobs and the documentation for them are in the single space.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create multiple sheets for my needs, and then I am. able to share that information and get collabs from people even if they are not a user
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dont like. It is very user friendly, in the site there is multiple ways to get help and learn. If you dont use that there is also you tube
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that is being solved is communication and clarity. Everything (depending on how you create your sheet) is easily veiwable and you are. able to take action on things that need attention

What do you like best about the product?
EASY WAY TO SHARE EXCELSHEETS THAT CAN BE UPDATED BY MULTIPLE USERS, CLEAN UI, EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND NAVIGATE. EASY TO SHARE WITH OTHER PARTNER COMPANIES.
What do you dislike about the product?
ON OCCASION FIL SIZE LIMITS FOR UPLOADS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT FACILITATES TRACKING PROJECTS WITH PROJECT COMPANIES AVOIDING EMAIL HEAVY CHAINS AND MAKING INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC PROJECTS EASIER TO LOCATE.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheets for the easy user capaility. Smartsheets easy user ability has allowed others in the compnay to build sheets, reports and dashboards to help organize and maintain data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the reporting capabilites very limited to any data pluging or creating forumula from reports. It must be in a sheet to do so which can be annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is helping solving keeping track of Capex Budgets, project schdules and raid logs.
A good expansion based on Excel but it could be so much better for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easliy create a master smartsheet with all of the info and then easily create shoot off reports, other smarsheets etc. In addition, make the various reports and sheets interlink. Summarising columns are also a lot easier than excel. Using automations around contacts for notifications and alerts is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot which could be done in terms of managing an etire project/programme through Smartsheet. For example, one area where the format falls down is around task mangement. I have used lots of PPM solutions in the past and this is the worst I have used in this department. The ease of use, the UI and breath of functionality is not at a level it needs to be if I wanted to deliver a project/programme through Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large data set in a national programme so it is good to be able to collate and manage that data. We use automations to get notifications to users and the various reports has been good for the analysis and getting a simple overview of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation features are very customizable. Being able to get very granular with our Smartsheet alerts based on column descriptions has really helped our staff get rolling on our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a significant time investment to get the most out of Smartsheet. The time investment makes it more challenging to get other users to adapt using it in the ways that matter most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management was previously more challenging before Smartsheet. It helps us to ensure updates are visibile to all our staff. It also helped us develop an onboarding template for new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you've got used to the way smartsheets works, it's a great tool for project management. It takes time to set up but worth investing the time up front.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time needed to set everything up, but once a template is set up, it's much quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability of Smartsheet is impressive. It molds itself to fit our project management needs, and the templates save significant time. It’s also beneficial how it integrates with our existing software systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I appreciate Smartsheet, the reporting capabilities could be more robust. A broader set of report customization options would enhance its utility for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Smartsheet, all our project details are in one place. This means fewer mistakes and better decisions, which helps our projects go well. We really like to use this tool whiche working on various projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get used to it, you know your stuff around it, smartsheet made it easy for me to track my project deadline and daily updates on the feature. I no longer have to work with advanced excel sheet, since smartsheet is way easier than that. The name's smart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used it for 4-5 months and the only thing that bothered me is that I get lost in my own data sometimes, I don't know if its only me or it's the problem with the smartsheet, but I find everything I need eventually. Bur since I switched company I am no longer using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has work workflow management which saves my time tracking all the work done by my teams, I am managing 2 teams so yes I have to track their progress on a daily basis and that's where smartsheet helped me.
