A tool that any small and big business should use
What do you like best about the product?
While still being simple to understand and use, Smartsheet is highly powerful and versatile. I especially value the abundance of "self help" training materials accessible and the generosity with which the Smartsheet community shares solutions.
Smartsheet's reporting tools are a great method to analyze data, automate updates and notifications to various collaborators, and provide visibility to people who do not require full access to the parent smartsheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some team members may have to the documents or to the files shared due to the different product subscription.
Also, some formulas might not work properly sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on the same project with all my team is the best thing that Smartsheet is handling as of now.
Very usefully and easy to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
The options and the updates that offers.user-friendly interface and intuitive design. Users can quickly adapt to the platform and start managing projects without the need for extensive training.

Smartsheet is easy to use in general, but some users have found that mastering the more advanced functions and formulas can require additional time and effort.

Smartsheet's dashboards are lifechanging
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboarding is the most useful feature of Smartsheet. Not only can it visualize data easily, but it can also be used in other ways such as infosheets and such. It's also great that everything is in one place, and it's very easy to see where the data is coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to use at first as a first time user. There are just some nuances you have to get used to, but with time and practice, you will get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems in producing a collaborative dashboard is a problem Smartsheet solved. It's easier for everyone to just input their data and for the decision makers just to see the results via dashboard.
Good Team Software
What do you like best about the product?
Very good software for use in teams and departments. Allows everyone to work together, at the same time on one sheet. We are able to use multiple sheets for multiple departments and then track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to change anything, is that I would like certain areas to function more like excel. Drag down, auto calc, etc... Would also like more control of the cells and columns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a tool to track company objectives and to do's for individuals and departments. It allows us to all have visibility as to what others are completing
Useful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility: we use it both to collect information via forms and as a project management tool. Both forms and sheets are easy to navigate and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no mechanism (known to me) that allows for the contents of a completed form to initiate a separate smartsheet for individual event planning. For instance, when a client completes the form listing their needs, we need manually duplicate the project management sheet with their specific contents in order to use it as a project management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between team members and specific task assignment. Love the email reminders! It has increased both involvment and productivity within our team

What do you like best about the product?
Robust project management capabilities, collaborative environment, customization options, data visualization features, and integration capabilities with other tools and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for complex functionalities, limited formatting options, and the potential for overwhelming complexity in large projects. Additionally, occasional performance issues, such as slow loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: not able to co edit documents made in Microsoft Office softwares. Benefit: The ability to integrate with existing tools like Microsoft Office and co edit documents with my team.

Being able to customize information and share correspondence with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no aspects of Smartsheets I dislike. I like all the tools available and hoping to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is a beneficial tool that assist with project organization, as well as collaborations when issues arrives.
Smartsheet enables me to handle my data swiftly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a range of formats that I can use and that I can switch between views eg. cards vs. traditional spreadsheet. It's also been so helpful to be able to swiftly integrate forms with spreadsheets and made it more user friendly to collaborate with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to choose between the different options that there are when creating a new report - this might just be the different files that I can pull from but sometimes it does take me a while to work out what I want to do. Once it is set up everything is fab though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an overview of the range of products I work on, knowing that other colleagues are also seeing the updates live. It has also been invaluable in terms of only displaying the information I need (and similar for my colleagues) without having the overwhelming list of every single status from across developmentwhen I look at a project.
Smartsheet is a powerful tool, is helps you better manage your projects and tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools maje project management more afficient and fast, you can even make reports out of those sheets, so upper management can see a resumen version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be a little stressing thah the formulas used for automarion, differ a little bit from other popular software (example: Excel). So, standarizing formulas can be a pretty good action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my team, we had trouble assigning tasks and time required for projects. With smartsheet, we achieved a very powerful sheet that recopiles data from others, so you can see in real time what you need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Alerts and Reminders. Having the ability to make sure my team is aware of the tasks they need to complete each day. The streamlining of my team's responsibilities saves me a ton of time to handle high level company issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that my unlicensed team members could sort reports. I find that we swap a license around based off who is asking for reports to be sorted most often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our EHR system does not run reliable accounts receivables reports. The reports that we have in smartsheet are much more accurate than I have had access to prior.
