Smartsheet best tool for project management in big groups!
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most helpful tools out there to manage a big project, you can represent your whole project in a GANTT diagram, your peers are able to collaborate at the same time in a sheet and easily see and filter any information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get frustrating that you are not that easily able to edit a cell, and the free access does not include some features as creating filters or even changing some of the information on the sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to solve the issue of everyone involved in what stage of the project we are and reporting their progress, we are able to share our sheets with other teams and getting feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a very powerful tool to manage your daily activities and projects, it allows me to organize my activities according to my current work flow, my supervisor can check my progress even if im not at work
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some tools like excel that are not available for smarsheet and they are not easy to go, you can master this tools to be like in excel that will help us a lot

time management is the most impacted it help us to fill out your whole actiivities and you know what you have to do, you supervisor or anybody else can check what you are working on

the easiest way that you have to create reports and graphs with current information, you can also share this information with the whole organization and you can use a lot of programming logic like excel
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are somo restriccions to relate more than one sheet when you are using relations you have to be very careful to not break any link already created otherwise your output will fail

manage tasks and activities of each employee, monitor the daily activities and ongoing projects of each member, show results of performance and check list for filling out information
Awesome tool for management!
What do you like best about the product?
Me and my team are able to keep track on our work, sticking to the schedule and keeping the pace thanks to smarsheet, the tool is easy going and very friendly even if you are not an avid computer user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are complex formulas on the cells smarsheet takes some time to reload the information or you even need to refresh the page for this changes, it would be great for this to be done instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our project management, also everyone in our team is able to see what each one is doing since smarsheet allow us to see our changes live, making easier to comunicate what we are doing.

Smartsheet offers Gantt, Grid, Card and Calendar views for your work, tasks, projects and programs. This feature helped our staff to compare the planned and actual work schedules.

Smartsheet as a new user
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user, it was very important for me to have something to replace Excel.
I wanted to switch from Excel because it was very hard to share the documents in real time and other details important to the projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Smartsheet is the price and the fact that the desktop app is not that stable, therefor, still having to use the browser one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed switch from Excel to Smartsheet in a relative short time and now I can share everything that I do with other in real time.
Smartsheet makes working across teams easier
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet makes collaborating across various departments easier and more efficient. Having one central resource of truth we can all access and update reduces unneccesary back and forth and mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Smartsheet - the tool updates and syncs quickly across various users. The only downside I can think of is to allow for additional formatting and display customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business relies heavily on sensitive deadlines that impact several different departments' workflows. Smartsheet acts as our central resource when things naturally shift, we are all on the same page.
Useful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to build dashboards directly in Smartsheets. It automates the process of sharing information. Info can be collected easily by utilizing automated forms and gathering updates from stakeholders. There seems to be a lot more on the automation front that I'm excited to keep learning about!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to integrate / connect with Microsoft products (word, ppt, etc). This way attached files / links could always highlight the most recent document / a live version that all users can work on.

Smartsheets allow us to centralize project planning and create automations that improve delivery efficiency. This also improves the ease of collecting and disseminating project information.
Steep Learning Curve but lots of possibilities for data organization

Lots of data visualization options. There are many ways you can use it for project management, data organization, and linking sheets to create one source of truth

Learning curve is steep. Takes a long time to understand how to make it work for your company's goals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping one source of truth and using the linking functions to create other workflows based on the single source of truth
I use Smartsheets to inform my customers on project status, updates, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Smartsheets provides transparency so my customers can stay fully up-to-date on each project. They can easily open the sheet to see if the project is on track or at risk and view upcoming due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike, but I think hosting more webinars would be helpful. Project Management is a very in-demand job. As a PM, I would love to attend educational webinars so I know I am using Smartsheets up to its full potential. I also think there is a lot of opportunity for networking events so PMs across various industries can share how they use Smartsheets in their typical workday.

Smartsheets holds everyone on my team accountable for completing deliverables on time. I love how customers can easily see if we missed a deadline and who is directly responsible. Smartsheets makes it easy to mitigate risk because it serves as a point of truth between my team and our customers.
