My job would be at least three times as difficult without SmartSheets.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track data and tasks. It has the structure of excel but with the added bonus of being able to attach documents to each row or task. It's a great system!!
What do you dislike about the product?
SmartSheets does not allow using one tab for a variety of tasks like excel does. But SmartSheets does allow one to create user friendly Dashboards where all the data can be disiminated and displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheets is helping my department ensure all requests and tasks are being completed. Before using SmartSheets, it was easy to lose track of tasks, but now we know exactly who is working on what and what process they are making.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is highly versatile, it can be used for wide range of tasks including project management, task tracking, team collaboration and work management. It offers team collaboration. Multiple user can work on same sheet making it easy to track changes, updates and progress in real time. It offers automation features that can help streamline repetitive tasks and workflows. This incude autumated alerts, reminders, notiifications which can keep team members informed and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheets heavily relies on internet connection. Offline access is limited, which can be inconvenient in areas with poor or no connectivity. With unstable internet there might experience of delays and lags when working on large sheet or collaboration in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can provide solution for complex project data variation. It can be integrated with many popular third party apps like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Drop Box and MS Project Management. It has various project management solutions such as Gantt Charts, Task Management, Critical Path Analysis and Resource Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets has allowed our organization to better track its multiple projects simultaneously while allowing staff members to easily view what they are responsible for.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an excel expert, I do wish Smartsheet sheets were set up more like excel spreadsheets. This would also be helpful when exporting the sheet online to offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive multiple request per day in our Operations division. Smartsheet is allowing our users and requestors to easily track their request progress and execution.

-Internet connection depencency can sometimes be a setback for urgent situations.
-Downtimes which sometimes take a couple of hours to be solved.
-Some colletive sheets that have a lot of information tend to be laggy which seriously slows the work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Department communication is one of the most important issues that have been solved by SmartSheet.
-Management is now able to view all documents freely and extract graphs and GANTT without requesting anyone's involvement.

Excellent app for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
When you have a lot of activities to do, smartsheet is the perfect tool to organize, plan, and asign tasks, it also come with a very powerful API to automate things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the way you use formulas differ from the ones standarized in a lot of apps, like excel or PowerBI. If that problem could be solved, smartsheet would be the #1 App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team could something get confused whe we are asign several projects in paralell, but with smartsheet we have a better way to organice our tasks and milestones.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the easy ability to share will people outside of my organization while still being able to maintain control over the sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the formulas can be way too compliated for those of use who have primarily used excel. I would love to see this part made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has enabled me to be able to easily share information between my team and cross-funtionally within the company without having to worry about the information in the sheet getting changed. It has also allowed me to able to share information with customers who are outside of our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the card feature, where you can visually layout tasks that need to be completed. We use it as a colloaboration tool to see what tasks are to be completed and what has been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding or learning all the features that Smartsheet can do. It can be a bit overwhelming when first learning. Tutorials have been helpful though. Just takes time to learn what it can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great took for collaboration. We have so many moving parts and it's nice to have something all in one place. You can tag other people so they are aware of what needs to be done. It has made things more easier for our marketing team to stay on top of what needs to be done.

Smartsheet allow you to allocate and manage resources effeciently. You can assign resources to tasks, track availability and monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource allocation and avoid over booking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has a range of powerfull features but its comprehensive nature can make it initially complex for new users. Advanced collaboration like real time document editing and integrated communication channels are limited in smartsheets.

It provide access on mobile apps for ios and andriod devices. It keeps you connected with your team, update task and track progress even when you are away from your desk.

1) Formulae missing(xlookup)

A powerful team management platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has various views for the sheets, including Gantt view. It is quite good because it lets you get the information you need in different formats, according to the situation.
The loading of documents into cells is very useful. Attaching a specific document to a cell to provide details is convenient.

It has a lot of functions. It is beneficial on the one hand, but it also brings some problems. The main one is optimization because of the large amount of information it handles. And learning at firts is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed some problems I have, as I have used Smartsheet. I could organize the work team, even if I didn't consider it necessary before. I also automated several processes. I didn't realize how necessary it was, but now we can't work without it.
