Smartsheet has streamlined our entire production line making tracking work a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is not just one set way of using Smartsheet. There is a huge amount of customisability meaning that it can be utilised by pretty much anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest, I haven't found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my business we had a huge problem with tracking different codes and additional works the were approved mid job. By using smart sheet, I have been able to add jobs and codes into my job cards meaning that my team can access the additional information straight away.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective planning and having track of the planning and managing the change log helps to identify the gaps and work towards the address of those delays and handling the project efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the different templates should be made easy. One major challenge is not being able to manage the Product Design Team planning and effectively tracking their activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective Project Planning and Having the complete track of the project is managed using Smartsheet which helps both our internal team and the external team on the timeliness and deliverables.
The software is great and very straightforward to use

Easy to use on PC and on APP on mobile device, it's just like working with Excel, but you can share and manage projects

I really do not have any pain points at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease to do any chart or any report of your daily projects you can track the activities of each day and you can see the status of any member of the team as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I dislike that when you are using multiple softwares from microsoft smarsheet crashes for some reasons, this has happened to me many times, you should check if something is impacting the smartsheet functionality

the time management and status of projects , you can show charts and plots of any advance in your activities, in the past we had to do everything manually and now with smarsheet is automatically
in my experience it was very nice to use very intuitive and clean

the facility to be able to adjust everything, it doesn't take long to look for the item you need, everything is at hand

In general, I did not find any discomfort, it is very complete personally

The main problem is in the administration since they can add the advances that each collaborator has

It helps you to have track of information that is continously changing trough time, so you have the latest entries from each user that has access to the information.

The way in which tasks are track. Now is easier to see how the information for each one is evolving, so you don't lose vital points.

It's easy and friendly to use, i really feel confortable using smartheet to control all my job data and make charts

Nothing, i have been working confortable with Smartsheet, maybe the reminder mails, sometimes the mails are not sent

I think What I like most is the way you work on smarsheet is very important for any enterprise the task management , we live in a demanding environment we need to focus time effectively in order to bbost our goal

what I dislike is that you can not relate cells from one sheet to other document or I dont now how to do it, i would like you to do it simpler for everyone please

the problem of tracking time on activities and the status of all projects to know that projects are delayed and where we have to focus our time mostly that is the most important

I like evrything from smarsheet is a great company it is very important for the company to set all activities and keep the tracking of all members, right now everybody uses smartsheet so I like I can do all my projects in smarsheet because the others will be able to check it out

Right now what I dislike is that you have some restriccions or it is not too intuitive when you get or set data on other smartsheet sheets, i hope you can work on that so that it can be like excel

it helps to make activities more efficient and effective you can do more with less time, you can detect time waste and boost the company to be a leader in the market
Smartsheet for Students
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of Smartsheet is most helpful to us. We use Smartsheet for our students, and we are able to customize sheets for each student and as they progress at university.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of Smartsheet can feel a bit clunky, and I had to take a Smartsheet University course to understand all the functions, which are not intuitive. But once I did, it's easy to use!

We work with many students, and Smartsheet allows us to keep track of their academic progress, their professional development, and in making sure they complete all program requirements.
