I love how you can manage and trak all my task in real time

Nothing, i am really happy with this "app" because it is really easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Smarsheet is a great tool very similar to Excel and MS Project that allows users to collaborate more effectively. It allows for better tracking of projects and managing workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the number of products that are considered add ons and their associated costs which some should be basic features. The features/functionalities in forms are also limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it's procides more structure and organization in managing tasks. It allows for real time reporting and collaboration. I like how you can grant access to individiuals in external organizations
More than an your usual Excel sheet
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple user can interact at the same time on the file you are working, that is a feature that you can really take advantage of, I have created a lot of files like this and has been really helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you are so used to have text edit capabillities in other softwares, sometimes you would spect that you would be able to do than smartsheet but you can't, is weird...due all the tools already has, you would spec you could use bold text and normal in the same cell...but you cant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the activities my staff is working in real time, status, delivery dates, reason of changes on our jobs, and that is only one of the sheets that I use daily
Increase productivity with great project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been very useful in project management, since it allows to track progress and visually obtain reports to present, and for the automation of tasks and improvement of lead times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a little to high: so it is hard to obtain for little business or personal use. Sometimes some of the fetures ar not so intuitive, so training is needed bofore starting to be productive with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to smartsheet we can track our team response to everyday requests, it helps obtaining visual reports for easy identification of improvement, organization of work, rebalancing of the team, in general a very good tool for project management and lead times tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is you can manage your whole activities and rojects you can generate charts and reports in real time for your employees or supervisor, anybody can check out the status of any activity
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is ok, sometimes I think at night it goes slow, but thats it,I dont know if this is only on my computer or something else is happening,I will double check
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
right now we have more time for activities because we can manage time more efficiently and effectively, we can set up all assigments and everything you need like a report or chart can be generated easily

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how simple and easy the interface is. The UI is really great as well. I am also enjoying the dashboards. We love using visuals at our company and smartsheet makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the tutorial vidoes are sometimes tough to follow because of the length of them. Maybe a more simple FAQ and helpful tip page could be useful and faster to fix any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is having all my documents in one place. It makes it very easy to share with my team and also go to one place for all my files.
A slightly cumbersome project management system
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps keep things organized in a way where you can create a project, assign subtasks to multiple people, and add clients to projects and proofs to easily collect feedback and approvals for each step. The proofing system itself is fairly robust, and being able to create in-line feedback is very convenient versus simply leaving comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attempting to create dependencies for jobs is a hassle, and even adding a start and end date to jobs can sometimes result in a fairly annoying string of errors. The interface itself is fairly unintuitive, and if you attempt to filter jobs by who's assigned to them, there's no feature to showcase child tasks underneath them unless the person you're filtering to is assigned to every single subtask. Not having the sheet automatically update in real time is a pain when you have multiple people contributing to different job progression simultaneously, and there's no very easy way to create a job template for a reoccuring task that you can simply tweak a few values on and expect to work perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the problem of attempting to keep track of multiple projects (as well as subtasks) at once. By making sure that all of our projects are centralized in one place with designated users assigned to each one, it helps keep everything on track to be completed on time and be approved by the necessary clients.

What do you like best about the product?
When you have to otganize your day or week, smartsheet is the best approach when it comes to its various sheet options, it lets you build powerful dashboards and calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you talk about areas of opportunity, you can say that smarsheet needs to start implementing better standarization for its formulas and sheet automation, some major competitors achieve this easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the case of my organization, we offer digital art and social network managing. So it helps us organize the deadlines and major posts for our clients. It is truly an amazing tool.
Great tool for online project management
What do you like best about the product?
I used to work with similar software but where limited to doing offline tasks, smartsheet allows me to work online with my peers and see what they are doing at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of persons that can collaborate on the same sheet is smaller than what I would like, and can get quite difficult to work if you have a free license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my team GANTT's are now in smartsheet and we can access to them online and write any delay, or new activity on it, allowing us to see at the moment any change and being able to adapt on time.
Unbeatable Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a repository of all of my projects that can be shared with my team, assigned to responsible parties for them to take note/action on, alert those parties on a regular cadence until complete and to be able to report a summary of all my data. Customer Support with Smartsheet is second to none. They are so friendly and helpful and it is theri mission to help you feel comfortable, confident and successful with their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming into Smartsheet as a novice is a little daunting. There are so many different ways to input and see your data. That being said though, there are tons of super short, clear and concise training videos to help you and Customer Support is AMAZING to bounce ideas off of, ask specific questions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a shareable repository of information that can be assigned out to task owners, alerting them on a regular cadence and being able to report on data - all while users can be in the sheet updating at the same time.
