Efficient and Responsive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a very efficient and professional tool that improves my workflow and allows a collaborative environment within my team. The ability of quickly generating multiple action items during a meeting and then visualizing them in a Gantt chart is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of programming APIs to integrate with internal tools that we use for our projects and systems. Offering APIs would improve massively the integration of Smartsheet with our internal products and systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple project action items in an ever-changing environment may be a hard task, but migrating our management tools to Smartsheet has been very useful, it has improved our workflow dramatically, everything is in a single place.
Smartsheet helps art designers manage their time
What do you like best about the product?
As a digital art designer, i can plan my tasks and different agendas, as well as my dealines related to projects and client requisitions. Also, I can create reports from my sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when you create reports like GANTT, it is difficult to resume the date in a friendlyy user way. It could be better if there was a digital manual, tutorial or course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have to organize all my daily work, it is a powerful tool ti do so. I can see how much time each task will take and how fast I am working, so I can meet the project and client deadline.
Best tool for project schedule and management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using smarsheet for around 1 year, and before that I had issues doing GANTT diagrams and working live with my coworkers on the same project, know I am able to work at the same time with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is that if we change a formula in a cell it is not instantly calculated, we have to refresh the page to get the result and this can cost time in our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our project management issues, everyone knows what they have to do an they can set their own status in their project, or if someone else wants to have a look to where are they at, they are able to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy enough to use, everybody can use it anytime without help cause it is very intuitive. it is a powerfull project management tool that will make your life easier at any company to assign and check out projects and tasks, you can generate reports easily
What do you dislike about the product?
so far everything is perfect with smarsheet however sometimes at night I see it crashes sometimes, I hope you can give me some advices to fix it or to avoid this issue please

it benefits to everyone in time cause you reduce the time implemented to assigns projects and tasks for each team member, you can have this information everywhere and whenever is required
smarsheet is a great tool for anybody
What do you like best about the product?
everythin is very helpul if you have to create reports or assign activities and tasks it is very easy to use and everybody can check out all the current projects you are using
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not have some formulas as excel and it sometimes affects me when I have to compute some specific values I hope I can get some tutorial to know more about this maybe it is already implemented

The problem of checking what activities are in the quee and what is the current status of each project that was assigned to each member of the team, this is very helpful to optimize anything you want
Streamline projects and improve team collaboration with the Smartsheet platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheets allows me to collaborate seamlessly, manage projects, create forms and analyse data all in one place. I also appreciate the platform's easy-to-use interface, which makes it easier to work with large amounts of data. The fact that it supports asynchronous webinars and tutorials ensures that everyone can quickly get up to speed on how to use the system effectively for whatever task they're undertaking. The platform's ability to help me create data dashboards has been incredibly helpful in providing different visualisations and insights from the same source of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Smartsheet quickly becomes cluttered and difficult to navigate when notifications are enabled. To improve organisation, I would like to see a single hub where all tasks and deadlines could be managed more effectively. In addition, an automated system that monitors the progress of outstanding work would provide greater visibility for sheet owners/administrators and reduce the time spent tracking down updates from users.

Smartsheet helps me stay organised and focused. I can clearly see who is responsible for what tasks, which makes tracking our progress much easier and faster. Thanks to Smartsheet, I'm able to plan my work efficiently without worrying about confusion or chaos.
Good tool for team productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is usefult for team colaboration. Many spreadsheets and gantt charts can be created for different projects, but it is still easy to find everything via the search function and workspaces. It is easy to control who has access to sheets and assign taskes to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see minor user-interface tweeks. It is difficult to navigate to different sheets if a window is not full screen which is a problem when using another window side-by-side for reference and switching between many sheets in a short period of time.

SmartSheet helps everyone at our company be on the same page with multiple projects. When utilized consistently, SmartSheet can decrease time emailing individual team members for information.
Not only for planning - makes sharing information easy!
What do you like best about the product?
If you know how to use a spreadsheet, learning Smartsheet is a snap. I like the additional features (starting at built-in Gannt charts and in-line attachments, and going on from there) and the way I can maintain a large collaborative sheet while only sending other users what they need to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real "downside" I see is the online-only platform. I'd love it if there were a way to have an offline sheet, then resync when convenient. Theoretically, sheet size (columns and rows) is a constraint, but in 7 years of using Smartsheet, I've only run into this size limit twice. Breaking the sheet up into smaller pieces and linking them proved to be a much better solution in the long run anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had very cumbersome spreadsheet-based project and portfolio management, and making updates as a team was excruciating. By setting up the projects by budget code groups and making a report interface for each PM, we not only can update projects quickly in a shared environment but also have running budget tracking. This aggregated information is then used to plan for the next fiscal year's budget requests and more.
Keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I use SmartSheet to keep of ongoing matters, what stage they are at in a process, due dates. I like that I am able to take the information from a sheet and put it into a report to share the information to my team in an easily-readable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint about Smartsheet is that I am not able to have separate sheets in tabs like in Excel. I don't like that I have to have separate sheets, but I do like that I can put multiple sheets into a report.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very easy to use and it capture and track plans, resources and schedules. It spreadsheet style project management working is very good. It is better than any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be dislike much for spreadsheet. It is superior over all other tools. Sometimes it just many people find spreadsheet like interface unfamiliar and unsettling.

It's a powerful project management and collaboration tool with the simple spreadsheet like interface. It offers many automation and collaborative features that makes sense.
