Smartsheet lets you manage your time perfectly!
What do you like best about the product?
Time managing is perhaps one of the most difficult things when you have a lot of tasks and projects. With smartsheet, is al becomes easier, you have a lot of tools for time management
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could get complicated if you make lots of different conditions, if smartsheet had a "control panel" to see all of the structure, I would like smartsheet better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me dealing with my deadlines and projects, because it solves administrative work that takes a lot of time if you worked on it manually. Also, it helps me organize my time.
SmartSheet fast and reliable platform for projects
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, fast and reliable, easy to share data with colleages, and even if you are not a programmer you can customize it with lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
not that friendly to connect to databases as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
administrating multiple proyects with several users and consultants connnected at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with this tool for a couple of months and I'm amazed of the capabilities this tool has, the pc app works great, I love it because I dont have to access internet browser so I helps me to keep me focused on my task, is just great
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app sometimes behaves weird, if you want to do some mayor edits is not possible, that would be a nice feature to add, but besides that no complains, a really powefull tool

Honestly I'm a new user, when I arrived to the company it was already in place, but i've heard that helped a lot to keep track and push to get faster resolution of the issues listed
Smart and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet makes it easy to collaborate with people in real-time and across organizations. I like that I can log in from any device and see updates that others are making. I also appreciate all of the pre-packaged templates and the linking of sheets to do complex reporting or create dashboards from several sources of information. I'd also rather use Smartsheets for Project Management Schedules instead of MS Project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish that Smartsheet had the ability to have multiple sheets within a smartsheet, but that's mainly becasue I am trying to use it like Excel (it's a me propblem). You can have multiple sheets open at the same time, so I have mostly worked around that small limitation, and the smartsheet reporting is superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for collaboration with outside entities without a complex internal setup/security review or providing some guest accounts. When we have project meetings with vendors and consultants, everyone can see the schedule, work and risk logs all at the same time with live updates, so we are not relying a o static report sent before the meeting. I can bring it up on my phone or tablet if I am out of the office and still participate fully.
Fairly intuitive platform if you're good at excel
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet makes collaborating with others - including getting their input - very easy, even if they don't have a Smartsheet license.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i end up with 10+ sheets to accomplish something that could be done more simply in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling others to see progress and enabling collaborators to provide input, which helps us stay on track with fewer meetings as updates are providing asynchronously.
Great Project Management Software for Small to Medium Sized Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has an intuitive interface for users who are used to organzing their projects with spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and shared workspaces. It has everything needed to scale up a company's disparate projects into a centrally managed portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has a lot of functionality, especially for Waterfall style projects. Their Kanban / Agile functionality is not as good as other Project Management applications in the market today. The Card View is helpful but is not as intuitive as the rest of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company needed a scalable project protfolio management tool that didn't require all of the complex configuration and maintenance of an enterprise level application. Smartsheet provides that functionality and allows us to manage not only our internal projects, but those of our direct clients as well.
Easy and collaborative Program Management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows me to manage internal and external resources with project planning, reporting and dashboards for viewability. The ease of moving between plan views for collaborative and comprehensive planning with multiple audiences is extraordinary; and sharing plans, documents and providing alerts makes things super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be cumbersome and setting up dashboards to provide specific views of reports is administratively heavy. I initially thought that ease of use with links and shared tasks/resources would be more seamless, but I find that maintaining and tracking in 2 locations is still a frequent occurence. Could be a training issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and sharing of plans and governance docs is critical for our team. View licenses are critical to providing consistent look and feel, and makes things super easy when assigning tasks and actions to internal AND external resources.
For project management and collaboration, it can't be beat.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows for collaboration with large-scale teams unlike other services. From the integrations to automation, cross-functional work is easier and performs better than comparable Microsoft Office products. Project management, calendars and kanban-style boards can all work in conjunction with automated updates and shared data to create powerful reporting or data distillation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdle is adjusting to the change. Although you may be familiar with how many of the formulas or functions work in excel, the terminology and syntax is different. Luckily, there is good documentation to help you learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows our team to have intercontinental collaboration through calendars and data delivery. It's also allowed us to keep references and data in central location for anyone to find. No more, "do you have that sheet bookmarked?" I can also incorporate important calendar data into to-do lists, send out email notifications automatically, and provide high-level performance data to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I am delighted to share my experience with smartsheet.com as I write this review. What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet's reporting and filtering features may require some initial investment of time and effort to set up effectively with raw data. There is indeed a learning curve associated with the tools. However, once you become proficient and master the capabilities, this product can work wonders for you. My advice is to be patient and take the time to learn the ins and outs, as the payoff in what you can achieve with Smartsheet is genuinely remarkable.

Fantastic product for getting stuff done especially with remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create complex business processes without writing a single line of code. Our teams now has incident management, task management, project management, and reporting all done via Smartsheet. It also offers excellent intergrations and one of my favorite is the Data shuttle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any real downsides but if I were to pick one product that isn't as good as its competitors - it is forms. Smartsheet should look to build something closer to Jotform. Its the small things: ability to save form data especially with longer forms, more field types, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Incident management: My team is responsible for our CRM Master Data. We have used Smartsheet to build an incident management system which enables us to catalog, analyze, manage, and fix data issues. It also helps create standard outputs using document generator.
2. Task management: I have a remote and distributed team of about 30 people and Smartsheet allows us to easily manage task for the team and create reports.
3. Project management: We are managing our full project portfolio on Smartsheet.
4. Workflow Management: Several of our workflows now live on Smartsheet. Including request intake process.
