Convenient Tracker All-in-One
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very efficient with tracking all the tasks the team needs to get done. I like that it has an option to alert the assigned people per task throughthe Automation function. We also needed to set up a form and have it generate documents as responses come through and Smartsheet was the perfect program! It had what we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While being the most convenient app for organizing tasks, creating forms, and real-time document generation, I noticed a small detail that could make Smartsheet better. It would be great if it had a 'sort' option per column, like in Microsoft Excel, in order to see through data entered mcuh easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us keep track of quarterly reports with investors overall. It gets confusing when managing the workflow of each team to finish various reports throughout the quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the easy way that this tool has to use it,it allows you to manage in one sheet a lot of projects and activities from all workers, it has the ability to generate reports in different types
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I had no issue using smarsheet so far, however a point to improve is the speed when you are using multiple sheets, sometimws it gets slow when this happens I hope you can give me a walkaround to solve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we had is the dofficulty to track and link all sheets from all the company so that all information on sales and enegineering team matches, this is a great goal reached thanks to smarsheet
SMART AND SIMPLE
What do you like best about the product?
I found the embeded features extremelly useful, such as assigning roles to other users, attaching files/ documents and organizing your cells in a way that makes sence for your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working well, the only downside I can think of is that it takes a second to get used to it. There are a lot of features and it takes a second to discover them and familiarize yourself with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us create task lists that we can assign to our team and work and colaborate on them together. it has everything so we don't need a third party app.
Handling Academic Events has Become Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very practical tool that allows us to coordinate events in our academic community, efficiently notifying coworkers of changes in schedules has been a very nice improvement in our workflow! The Gantt view is very effective, attaching files has been very useful too, now all the information is in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps not being able to use it offline, but, we have all our mobile phones connected to our wireless connections nowdays. It would be nice to have like an offline mode!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing us to coordinates in our campus, it has lowered friction between projects and teams, everything now is in one place, no more lost files or things as such, now we can work efficiently as a team.
Project Management Complexity Tamed!
What do you like best about the product?
Handling multiple employees has been a nice experience with this piece of software, collaboration is super easy, automation has been fairly straightforward, sharing documents is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very cool to have an offline mode, so far Smartsheet only works online, as far as we know. Sometimes our employees are outdoors and it gets complicated to get a stable wireless connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collaborate in our research projects seamlessly, it has improved the integration of new team members to hour projects, they can easily search for projects!
Integrating Research Projects has been Beautiful
What do you like best about the product?
Handling multiple research projects has been a breeze, Smartsheet has multiple integration tools that integrate nicely with our workflow. Automatic notifications, data visualization in multiple views, i.e. Action Items to Gantt is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocassionaly document versioning in attachments may be cumbersome, but you can adjust your workflow to compensate for that, it would be nicer to see a more robust document versioning in Smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management through multiple research programs and projects, we've seen a stronger integration and clearness in our team. We know that the project data will be there and can be reused efficiently.

Great app for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to easily create reports and dashboards linked to sheets really helps track multiple proyects at the same time. Its automation features helps in creating reminders to avoid missing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its formulas are a bit more limited than excel. Automation may be a bit challenging for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented reports and dashboards to better track every task on our projects and its automation add ins help us in sending reminder and automatically updating status so we can have better visibility.
Smartsheet API is the best tool for automation!
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation API of smartsheet is full of interesting tools and formulas, you can use them to create perfectly automated sheets and reports, that helps you maintain organized your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are connecting a lot of sheets and reports, sometimes the connections could get messy and your are forced to start over. If you could create a "safe save point", it would improve the experience dramatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In corporate life, a great problem is facing a lot of manual and time-consuming tasks, that could get you distracted or drive-off your creativity. Smartsheet solves all of this with is built-in tools.
When you need extra performance, Smartsheet is there for you.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps corporate workers outperform others, with the help of automated reports and sheets. This is an amazing way of using the maximum capabilities of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface to create automated reports. It differs from another apps layout, so you could get confused. If smartsheet created another tool for this specific situation, it would improve the app a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve a lot of calculations and data comparison, creating a lot of valued information that can be used to make graphs or process other products, simply amazing.
