What do you like best about the product?
Seamless transtions from sheets to sheets.
It is very easy to navigate and use such as beign quick, effiecent and easy.
I like that you can easily create sheets for different needs and also share easily with colleagues and others to view and update information on a regular basis allowing the business to operate effiecently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions can be quite annoying at time which leads to acces having to be granted and delays in work.
it could be better by adding in newer features that doesnt limit everything and maybe a few thigns only.

helping us assign tasks to the team on a dialy basis which is proving better for efficency and people knowing what they are doing on a daily basis without having to ask.

However, some users may find the learning curve a bit steep, especially when exploring advanced features. The abundance of options and customization, while a strength, could initially feel overwhelming for those new to the platform

The softwre has user-friendly interface, multiple features supporting data handling task such as pivot, data suttle, data mesh as well as data visualisation tool like dashboard and grantt charts.

The formula function is different with microsoft excel which somestimes make new user struggling
The data sheet has limited capacity, especially when the data sheets have multiple formula with high complexity

Help to boost efficieny of the accounting/business process by eliminating emails back and forth between parties when it reques collaborations from different teams.
Has reminder and allocation features so we could know who is in charge of what tasks.

Fantastic tool for project and data management
What do you like best about the product?
This software provides an innovative solution to current business practice by offering a could-based data sheet and automatic features which helps to update the sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflowes & features is quite complex to use, especially for the beginner.
Integration with other common software are quite limited at this stage, i.e. google sheet, hubspot, xero although it has the importing function.
The cost of subscriptions is quite high, especially for the enterprise plan.

Smarthsheet creates a point of truth database where every input will be saved automatically with audit history as well as allocates or notifies other members when certain conditions meet trigger requirements of the workflow setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Handy tool for controlling and managing projects, tasks, and data in general. Intuitive UI (Similar to Excel, but with some restrictions and different syntax).
The best part is the ability to share and work on the same sheets simultaneously without any fear of losing Info.
The automation and triggers can be customized for your needs, and it works very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The variety of functions could be improved (sometimes you need to do an annoying workaround to get the desired result).
The VLOOKUP function is very handy for summarizing and visualizing data from different sheets, but when you make some structure changes (adding or removing columns), you must adjust the function manually in all related sheets (time-consuming and confusing sometimes). The option of an automatic adjustment could improve the experience very much.
Also, the option of tracking changes during a set period is limited and requires once again manual work.

What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
The solution is straightforward. Whenever a requirement arises, we create three things in Smartsheet: a project plan, a dashboard, and internal documents. It is done through the form and Smartsheet's automation services. This process shortens the time to market from seven days to less than 12 hours.
What is most valuable?
The product simplifies project management. We have worked with other project management tools and found that Smartsheet simplifies the overall interaction in an organization. You can do everything from the software.
What needs improvement?
Smartsheet needs to improve the user interface.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the product since 2014.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I have never heard any PMs complain about Smartsheet and would rate stability a ten out of ten.

I rate the solution's scalability a ten out of ten. It doesn't have any limitations on scalability.

My company provides technical support to customers.
How was the initial setup?
Configuring user identity is complex in the tool.

Sometimes still experence issues like cannot save data or have limit of lines and row in a data sheet.
Support team often could not help resolve the issue immediately, have to wait for few days so they could escalate to dev team.

This app offers automations workflow and tools help update data automatically and allow multiple persons work on the sheet simutaneously to keep the database as live, also provide audit feature to review if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel comfortable using Smartsheet. It is quite pleasant to use. Even inexperienced users can navigate comfortably after a couple of hours of experimentation.
The interface is also excellent. It could be more modern, but it has enough elements to be functional and user-friendly.

It has some bugs that could be easily corrected:
- Reminders are not sent at times.
- Freezes when handling a lot of information.
- Mails are not sent either, despite being automate.

I have the responsibility of assigning tasks to different people. I do it almost every day because I make decisions based on the progress and the activities' general status. The system has allowed me to make timely decisions.

It is not easy to use. It has so many functions that it takes time, even if you have experience with this kind of software. However, I like the amount of material available to learn.
