Great product that has really taken off in my organisation!!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is adaptable and can be developed and used in many differing situations which is great. I created assets that can manage different business functions, or I have downloaded pre built templates. I have always found more than one way of using Smartsheet to overcome a situation presented to me. The product usage continues to grow in the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and improvements are sometime slower than expected but they do eventually appear. Smartsheet do consider feedback for improvements but sometimes don’t act on them as quickly as I would like, but the more feedback they obtain the bigger the likelihood they make improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easu to chare with the customers, so it allows them to track updates and progress on the project. It's also easy to add new lines which are presented on gant chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
No possibility to change data format from sunday to monday in callendar. No option to add tabs.Issue also with flags, it could be more of them. Nice to have would be easier way to present comments

What do you like best about the product?
The app has some great advantages such as acting as online data centre allows free collaboration from multiple people, and also has advanced data analytics and data management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic plan is quite pricy charging per user with limited features. It requires upgrades to business or enterprise plan use other advanced features like data shuttles, datamesh, workapp, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me to allocate tasks to relevant personnels and keep track of their progresses, this also allows me to tag their name in their name in the data sheet or remind them about the task due dates with the setup workflow.
With this app, I can collaborate with my input into data sheets owned by others as well, so no need to send many emails back and forth.

Vital Source of Truth
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets serves as a source of truth to tie together data from multiple ERP, operating and middleware systems. It is the "golden thread" that binds all our data together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the sheets are slow to load and the dropdown lists have to be maitained manually (there is no option to make the dropdown lists dynamic).

What do you like best about the product?
Automation - the ability to set up reports and notify team members based on conditions is useful and saves a lot of time. A very simple feature to understand once you know it exists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet takes a while to get used to and a lot of self training is required. You have to commit to spending a considerable amount of time on understanding the platform before actually being able to get on board with it. There are certain capabilities that it has that are fantastic but in some ways are limited due to functionalities or lack of training on how to utilise it to the best of its abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to implement a training record which has worked well and to what we need which is a great way of looking at it. There are some limitations such as not being able to share a report without them having access to the main data which makes the whole purpose redundant if you can't share sections of the data. There is automation to allow reports to be sent but from the main data in this record but it is dependent on being able to access all the data. Limitations on formula calculations to autocalculate from fields.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access it anywhere and anytime even with other users already in the sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move from folders and sheets as quick/ easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multipule access at the same time, live updates emailed to users. Effective communication.
Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use. I created a kanban and basically use it every single day. Also the project timeline template is quite good, very visual to show complicated timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe sometimes it's difficult to attach documents or files. Also I'd expect to have more digital product templates from Smartsheet, an example will be like the JIRA. If Smartsheet can create a JIRA-type of template, it would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team to fill in their task and based on this I prioritise for them. everything is tracked and we review this every Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Good replacement to doing things that a lot of orgs typically use excel for when excel was never really intended to handle that kind of work.
Sheets all link back to each other depending on how things are configured, we make extensive use of this for tying sheets together for a given project and tracking progress/completion for said project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes feels clunky or cumbersome but at lot of that is more due to my general ignorance of the platform, starting to understand more then a typical user but still scratching the surface of what can be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to build all our project out and keep them together, so if we do PS or MS work for a client we can keep all of this together in a folder, we can then build project plans, track completions of tasks etc. all in that client folder - we can then link this back to a PS or MS master where we keep track of all of said projects in terms of progress, completion dates, who's assigned etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and feature-rich for advanced users, but also extremely simple to use for new users. It is simple to pick up due to its similarity to Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find it difficult to find sheets and other Smartsheet items if the organisation has many. Second thing I dislike is inability to sort tasks in a project plan based on a date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many projects I am juggling, including many that require collaboration with colleagues. Smertsheet gives me a helpful way to track all of these projects.
It is simple to use. I haven't explored it to its full potential.

I haven't used it to its full potential so I don't know that I can say.
It's harder for those who don't have licenses to access. Though we do publish our sheets.
