Excellent, capable and easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Document attachment, comment, similarty to excel

Cost, moving the Date out of the samrtsheet and the end of the project

It helps me the organize the complete project with easy presentation to the client

Pasting can be a pain
Sort can be frustrating if a filter has been applied
Using the Activity Report can be cumbersome to recreate a previous version (no roll back available)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows our team to plan and track our work. I can create reports and dashboards so others can get to the things they need to work efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the underlying sheet.
Great Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use for simple applications such as a task list or to do list and the build in gantt chart and calendar are perfect for keeping tack of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the workflow automation a bit tricky and the fact that you cant set automation for a specific row is annoying. I would love to see an option to set a workflow for a specific row in the future vs using the filter function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing me to keep all the moving parts of individual businesses in order by ensuring deadlines are adhered to and that I keep sight of the specific goals and the steps to reaching those goals.
Easy to use Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start, basic functions can be used without the complexity of MS Project
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about the tool. The only downsize is that non project managers are always difficult to bring into a tool, whatever it is.

Smartsheet helps sharing project plans with non project managers to visualize things. It helps me highlight risks and accountabilities for project tasks
Efficient Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been proven to be an amazing tool for project management, managing tasks and handling huge tasks. The tool is super easy to use, and can be customized based on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subsciption cost is a bit too high, and licenses cannot be accessed by many people, which lead to having one person in an organization do the assigning and management of the sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning job owners have never been easier with Smartsheet. You can specify time allocation, date, as well as collaborators as well. You are also able to customize your sheet to reflect the various metrcis you are interested in tracking.

It was confusing, until i shouted out to support and arranged training

Simple sheet for multiple users to use at once.

sometimes when trying to search it doesnt always find what you are looking for, although it is on the sheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enabling users to view a sheet that is constantly being updated and changed. Also use task management to make sure teams are completing all tasks.
Great Spreadsheet Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet allows us to create a asset list for each of our clients and has the ability to filter each client and piece of equipmnet so that we can assign service allocation when needed and log how many callouts each piece of equipemnt has had in its lifetime
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to get this process working efficently it has taken some complex cross spreadsheet formula and additional sheets that are only used as helper sheets to get the information to where it needs to be. It would be better if this process was simplpified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to log service calls against a single piece of equipment so that we can see over its lifetime what problems the unit has had and how much it has cost from purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to work at the same time with my peers and knowing that no information will be lost. Automation rules are a big win for me, it keeps me on top of things and makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is not the most user-friendly, but I think that with some investigation you can find all the information available in the community center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place, working together with colleagues, automating tasks, and giving reminders. Having an overview of everything.
