A Solution for Database Management and Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
We needed something that allows us to maintain a database and conduct surveys. It can do both. The system is relatively easy to use. We use it very frequently with involving many people as guest users, and we don't have any trouble with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not very flexible. It would be nice to have more flexibility on the survey forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a database of potential partners and a tool for conducting surveys. Other solutions on the market are overpriced or have insufficient tools and flexibility. The Smartsheet offers a reliable solution for a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet incredibly easy to use, which facilitates my workflow and project management significantly. It's like using Excel but enhanced with powerful functionalities that simplify complex tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the system's ability to send an email to a resource automatically when they are added, which streamlines communication and coordination. The decision to switch to Smartsheet was also influenced by the reasonable licensing costs, which are more economical compared to some alternatives. The setup process was very easy, which allowed for a quick transition and minimal disruption to ongoing projects. Overall, I am so satisfied with Smartsheet that I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

I use Smartsheet for defining timelines and managing engineering resources in projects. It's easy to use, like Excel on steroids, and not too expensive. Adding resources sends automatic emails, streamlining communications.

What I like best about Smartsheet is how easy it makes it to keep projects organized and moving. I love that I can build workflows, dashboards, and sheets that fit exactly how my team operates without needing complicated setup. Everything stays in one place, updates in real time, and it’s simple for anyone on the team to jump in and collaborate. It basically gives me the structure of a spreadsheet with the power of a full project-management platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Conditional formatting comes across as quite basic. I often find myself wanting greater control and a wider range of styles, but the available options remain fairly simple. The mobile app also feels somewhat restricted. When I access a sheet on my phone, I quickly notice that I can't make all the adjustments I would normally do on the desktop version.

Overall, Smartsheet delivers on usability and functionality, making it a valuable asset in my workflow.

I find it difficult on occasion to locate sheets that I specifically created. A separate 'Created by me' section would be a helpful addition.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly. It creates a space for all the team to jump onto one platform to find all different types of information.
The information created by internal staff is super easy to locate / navigate and we appreciate the many different avenues Smartsheet has to offer with lay outs, formulas, notification prompts & many more helpful tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can be slow at times due to high memory usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created one place we can input all our company information from individual contracts to overall pricing lists and much more. This benefits the company as the sheets have been formulated to react off new information being added to one triggering particular information being added to other sheets, resulting in informative reports at our fingertips at any time.
Clear, but license management falters

I greatly appreciate the clarity of Smartsheet, as it provides me with a clear and structured view of project planning. It makes my work easier, as I mainly read tables provided by colleagues and can thus process information efficiently.

Outstanding Experience and Impressive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I am obsessed with Smartsheet. It has reinvited how I work! It's clean, detailed and keeps me organized. It's super easy for basic use but gives you room to grow within it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating algorithms to move, archive and organize separate "sheets" can be a bit confusing. It also doesn't always stick/save to the algorithm formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped organize our department! It allows us to add documents, attachments, comments, private information that is needed. It's also helped with accountability. If someone doesn't fill out the form they can't say they did!
Collaborative and practical database for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
The practicality, and the fact that we have an entire database accessible by everyone within the company and modifiable by each person in real-time. The customer support is very responsive, although there are not often issues. I use it almost every day, and I very rarely encounter server issues or others. The tool is very easy to handle and works very well with our operating system. Very few synchronization problems with our systems. The implementation within our work environment went very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I am encountering is more about the way we use it; the shared files are not sorted well enough by our robot, so we can sometimes have a bit of trouble finding our document among the mass of those already created.

Being connected to our project management tool facilitates the creation, storage, and group work on our database of documents related to the implementation of our clients in our systems.

The document attachment function is particularly beneficial, as it allows training records to be attached to specific individuals, and inspection documents to equipment, making it incredibly easy for me to verify that personnel have the necessary qualifications and that equipment meets safety standards. The responsiveness of Smartsheet is another standout feature; its user-friendly interface and quick loading times make checking records straightforward and efficient, especially when I am onsite. Moreover, I appreciate the ease of adding comments, which enhances communication and collaboration. Overall, Smartsheet’s combination of document management, responsiveness, and ease of use significantly improves my daily work experience, ensuring I can operate efficiently and effectively.

I find that Smartsheet could benefit from more automation. Additionally, there should be better support for multiple users to work on the same sheet simultaneously without data overlap.
