Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an online platform, it makes sharing/accessing data so much easier. Easy to use, with the help of the templates. Reports and dashboards have been great for monthly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a few more customization options, specifically with reports and file organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our Project management tool of choice. Helping keep the company up to date on all things projects.
Smartsheet, excellent for business
What do you like best about the product?
For our organization, Smartsheet has been the best product we've acquired. We use it for our different departments, creating specific sheets for the different areas. We have been able to apply the current templates and create new templates based on the needs of the organization. I have been able to create sheets for the lending department, the real estate department, and project-specific. We are able to filter the sheet to look for specific information. We love that the information automatically saves and we know who is the last person that updated the information. We also like the feature of being able to create online applications. The information is automatically filtered to our sheet. With this, we are able to verify who applied for our program. It also has the ability for customers to upload documents. We started using Smartsheet over 2 years ago and we are extremely pleased with the features it has provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, we have honestly not seen any downfalls with Smartsheet. I would say that not all templates are created equal. Once you select one, you can verify if it fits with what you're looking for. For the most, many of the templates have been very helpful and give me ideas of what to create specifically for our organization. Also, not everyone is technology literate, so some people have challenges with learning the program. I can add that the trainings are very high tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been very beneficial for our organization. It has optimized our business with forms and templates that have made us very successful. We are able to keep track of the different lines of business and see who has updated the information. Having said this, we are all accountable in one way or another. With Smartsheet we can see the updates the different departments have provided. Strategically, it has increased our productivity.
With Smartsheet, you can easily track and/or log important elements of your projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I can follow-up and log the our in progress project easily with smartsheet. You can link your sheets and you can import the sheet's data to the dashboard or you can fill your sheet via forms. I think you can do whatever you want with smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
A3, A4 etc. there are no paper margins on the dashboard. Therefore, it is sometimes very difficult to create or export pdf documents from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and logging sometimes becomes very difficult when the project progresses. Because there are so many subjects, problems, etc. With Smartsheet, you can easily track and report them.
Good way for small teams with many tasks.

1. I like the conditions which you can setup on the sheet for each column

What do you dislike about the product?
1. When you export your Sheet its difficult to see the Images - you have to keep referencing your actual sheet to see the images
2. It would be great if you are on your sheet that you could see the images without you clicking into it first, maybe have like a thumbnail view of an image which you can then also open and then see the entire image. Currently you can only see the attachment but you can see the image

What do you like best about the product?
Function wise, Smartsheet is very good compared with the competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not implemented very well with Microsoft Teams. We want to apply it on the daily meeting, but seems there is displayed problem for the iOS devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It could cooperate well with all relavent parties, including internal and external people. As group policy, our Microsoft products are not allowed to share with external people.
A handy tool for project planning
What do you like best about the product?
The extensive resource planning features and interactive dashboards make real-time reporting towards all stakeholders a breeze. Definitely worth it to take your time to explore all the features - it's easy and quick to set up but investing some time to learn about the additional features pays off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the whole team (profiles etc) set up took a surprising amount of time and we'd prefer to see more options for integrations with other platforms. Tutorials are not always beginner friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of international projects providing real-time insights to all stakeholders. We are saving time as weekly updates are kept very brief, and a culture of transparency within project bounds is easier to maintain and foster.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps me manage a wide variety of tasks. The ease of creating an order and the flexibility of change allow me to perform tasks more efficiently and correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing some functions like the Merge function which according to my basic understanding is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all tasks in one place while prioritizing them. Creating automations that help manage tasks (sharing, mentioning, etc.). Construction of Gantts for various projects and the possibility of monitoring due to the Gantt. The option of creating mother-and-daughter tasks enables the organization under different categories and helps handle various tasks efficiently.

so far, I hadn't have any problems and I contact my administrator when I do have a problem
Smartsheet is amazing!!

The best thing about Smartsheet is ability to keep projects organized and to have collaborations with coleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheer is that when someone in the group is making updates another cannot simulteneously also enter information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly Smartsheet keeps me and My Team organized and well informed about progress within projects.
