Smartsheet User and Power User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and integrates well with other platforms. For someone who is very used to using Microsoft Project, I found that Smartsheet was easier to used compared to Microsoft Project. Our company has a lot of other platforms that require us to link with Smartsheet. The process was not only seamless, but also easy to integrate. Smartsheet has not only simplified our complex program management, but also streamline our processes with their automated notification, reminders, and database formed through their templates and setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at the moment since I'm very happy with Smartsheet functionalities, tech support, and customer service. I really hope more people use Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To place all of our complex program management site wide into 1 system. They have simplified our processes and we used to have too many platforms that didn't quite communicate or integrate well with each other, but after we use Smartsheet we can leverage this by putting everything in Smartsheets for all of our programs-for both of our complex and smaller programs sitewide.
Great tool for PMs
What do you like best about the product?
It is friendly user. It is a great tool for beginners and medium advanced professional who works managing projects. You can create reports and dashboards for your clients to keep everything tied up
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite is a complete tool for management, when you change your view (gantt view, grid, calendar, etc) almost all the buttons change for quick setup change. A little more of consistency would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and project planning are the most important task I develop in the platform. However, we are figthing inside the company to keep one simple tool for tracking, management and reporting which essentially would be Smartsheet
Great Tool for Reminders and Project Charters

The tool's ability to centralize data promotes seamless collaboration among team members, foestering productivity and transperancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One setback of Smartsheet is its learning curve. With its extensive range of features, it might require substantial training to fully harness its capabilities. Despite this, the investment in learning is worthwhile, as Smartsheet's prowess in project management can greatly benefit teams seeking to optimize their processes and achieve successful outcomes.

The tool's strength in consolidating data into a single location fosters consistency and transparency within workflows, aiding in both current operations and future planning.
Smartsheet to the Rescue!
What do you like best about the product?
Spanning multiple ERPs and CRMs while maintaining a customizable internal workflow with sanitized external visibility, real time is how SmartSheet saves my day, everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to a full Fed Ramped feature set inclusive of Data Shuttle and WorkApps for Goverment customers, we aren't there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping with program level workflow and status tracking across multiple software suites, heavy use of data mesh and data shuttle features to facilitate reporting and then published to user appropriate dashboards via WorkApp.
Managing and tracking projects with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Many people find that Smartsheet is very helpful for managing projects efficiently.The platform's automation features make been exceptionally very helpful in reducing resource-intensive workflows, making operations more flowing than our really previous solutions. In terms of user-friendliness, the learning bender was not absorb at all, making the modulation from older technologies rather smooth. The applicability of Smartsheet in too various scenarios has proven to be really versatile. It's one of those platforms where formerly you incorporate it, you question how you managed before it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In contrast, there are some aspects to consider before jumping into Smartsheet. The society sizing can create a difference, as purchasing licenses for a larger squad can become a financial weight so pretty rapidly. Additionally, spell it saves act clip in many ways, initial setup and some advanced configurations can eat up hours from your staff's schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the job of manual information tracking and multi-threaded communications by consolidating all these tasks into one program. This has lead to best transparency across quite different departments and projects. It has lifted a big load off mundane administrative chores, letting me focus on more strategic initiatives.
Easy to use and collaborate with others
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the things I like most about Smartsheet are its ability to easily share information with others on the team. It's simple leave comments and attachments when making updates to data in the sheets. Another really cool feature is being able to move data to another sheet without having to manually copy/past into it! The filter features are simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I create a lot of forms, and I find the character limits for column properties frustrating. It also doesn't recognize casing differences or allow part of a item to be italics/underline/bold. Those formatting options are, of course, available, but they applies to the entire item instead of just a part of it. Here's hoping they make these updates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps with collaboration across teams, making communication simple and efficient. It's great to have all the information stored in a shared space instead of spread across several spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I do not like excel. I find it cumbersome and not user friendly. I love that Smartsheet is a much more refined, user friendly version of something similar. The way they organize the sheets and workbooks allows me to quickly locate what I'm looking for and keep everything really organized. I also love that they have a ton of templates. It's a project managers dream come true!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't really like about Smartsheet is I haven't figured out a way to use a form from one sheet and copy it to another, It makes no sense why I have to create a new form if I already have one. If I just dupllicate the sheet, I have a duplicate form and it can get messy. I also dislike that the form fields are not fluid. If I change a form, it will not update on the sheet. It will include any new columns for new information, but then some old responses might be in an incorrect field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for almost everything. To collect data from attendees at events and colleagues. I use it as a scheduler and calendar, I use it for workflow management and tracking. Almost everything I do, I have an application for Smartsheet.
Smartsheet Usefulness and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast and easy it is to organize data. You can create schedules, cost management spreadsheets, visuals, and much more that I use daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to change one thing about Smartsheet it would be the ability to hide row without filters. Sometimes you need certain rows hidden or even locked by admin. This feature just like the column hide feature would be excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps solve orgainization of data, I am able to quickly put together a summary of information, and conduct meetings utilizing the quick features smartsheet provides.
Smooth and effecient in Managing Tasks, Projects and Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers users a simple and intuitive interface. It allows easy data uploading, sheet creation, editing, and collaboration with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal incompatibility with Excel and PDF files makes it difficult to perform tasks that require the use of Excel and PDF. Adding a function that matches these file types would make things easier for some of us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased transparency: Smartsheets give us complete visibility into our projects, allowing us to track developments in real time and identify areas for improvement. This allowed us to react quickly to developing situations and make smart decisions.
Collaboration made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I'm able to share sheets with other colleagues, it makes collaborating simplier. I also enjoy being able to choose different sheet templates depending on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they was a way to text wrap, like it Excel. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving accessibility and as stated previously, collaborating with other team members.
