What do you dislike about the product?
In automated workflows, you can not include attachments. Instead, the information appers in a table within the email.
When multiple people edit something at the same time in collaboration tools, it can be frustating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in handling all kind of teamwork in one place. It is simple to use, makes it easy for teams to keep track of tasks and share files. It helps with project management and offers a special way to manage projects and automate how work gets done.
Exploring Smartsheet With Real Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet are most epic experience of my workspace. I love the dashboards, reporting and analysing and automations build with in suite. It assisted me in applying rules and automation to keep my team in loop and be aware of any changes made to project or any on going operations with in organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to vast number of tasks and complex assignments, i wanted to get add few more automations to increase the speed of task formation and implementation. I needed live session of technical support to pursue that task management to streamline workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had been through a situation where company investors and shareholders wanted a breif details about project costing, implementation, deployment and net profitability report. The smartsheet assisted me in getting it on single click for report fetching and it was shared with the company according to SOPs. I got really satisfied and inspired by versatile and diversified features anatomy of smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet offers fantastic dashboards that allow me to configure visuals that my crew can keep a watch on. I’ve noticed that loading times are excellent, which helps when we want numbers at our fingertips. Our team, spreading across very different locations, has found the Forms handy for submitting updates on their jobs. It's an quite splendid tool for up transparency. New users can get started quite easy, which I really apreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too impressed with the client service. Ineffectiveness in manipulation simple issues and slow response times can really strike at the profile and overall usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet eliminates the manual process of aggregating data from various jobs and projects. Dashboards feature enabled quick decision-making based on real-time metrics. The benefits for us have been substantial, especially in terms of operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Reporting, automations, dashboards, sheets communicating with each other. It is just great. I can manage all my departments on SS

Pivot table requires extra payment. It should be included in the original plan

It is just helping me to manage all the stages of all my projects
Dynamic and friendly platform to manage data
What do you like best about the product?
in my everyday tasks I compare this tool with MS Excel, which is similar, but the things I think Smartsheet has better and also I remark the most are:
- I can move rows/columns easier without modifying all its data and avoiding cutting and paste
- I can easily restrict the Type of data I only want to receive in a new column
- It has a good looking interface
- The Conditional formatting is very clear and helpful to create rules
- A good workspace where everyone in my team can colaborate and work in real time
- The Indent/Outdent option is Awesome, I can create a hierarchy within rows much easier and catchy than excel
- I can view each Cell history which is very helpful if I need to see an specific change made before
- The automation tools and workflows
- When I want to select multiple entire rows I just have to click in any cell of itself (not necessary to go to the beginning only) and it is more confortable and faster to do it
- Templates
- Forms and sharing

- The filter tool is not easier to use than excel
- The Background color has few options only 40 tones of colors and limits my options when I have to make my work easier to see, painting some cells, especially when Im working with tons of data
- A faster way to copy something in many rows that Im used to do in Excel is to select all of them, for example 10 rows, type something and then I press ctrl+Enter and automatically fills the selected cells with the current entry. So, in Smartsheet I cannot do this, I know this is not relevant but is a helpful shortcut especially when Im working with a lot of data that Im still waiting you can add!

- The difficulty of communication thanks to the capability of collaboration in real time with my peers, avoiding extra procedures and saving time
- It has given us safety letting us saving data in its own cloud

Fast work , easy project
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the easy visualization and instructions of the platform, project management becomes friendly and appears to be a day-to-day agenda , collaboration with teams becomes interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the diagrams, nor the limitations of the automations, I think that being a collaboration platform, the automations should be more friendly. We can improve the theme of personalization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a doubt, project monitoring, being able to keep track of times and tasks, is difficult in Excel, that's why migrating it to a smertsheet helps me to give order to ideas.
Great for work from home collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share changes in real time with many people, also enjoy that you can create surveys, intake forms, and other pages to link to the spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great for exporting data into some Microsoft programs. Takes a lot more steps than an excel document would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets has many automated features, such as sending emails when triggering an action, that helps to reduce the amount of emails our staff need to send manually. It also tracks survey data we are sending to customers without a person needing to be in the middle.
Efficiency and Automation to Streamline Processes and Data Collection
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create customizable work flows to construct efficient processes. By allowing automatic emails and follow ups, it allows entire processes to be managed by a single person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formulas that you can use in Excel don't translate well in SmartSheet. Also, while the data collection is easy, the analysis and reports are difficult to produce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SmartSheet to manage our non-conformance process. The form that our inspectors fill out is created using SmartSheet and the data entered populates our NCR Log. This log feeds into our MRB and Corrective Action Logs which are also created in SmartSheet. By using automated workflows that send custom notifications based on the information that is entered, a single person in our company is able to manage this entire system. We then use all of the populated data to create data analysis charts that we present during quarterly upper management meetings.
Strong Tool for Organization and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SmartSheet is an upgraded Excel. The functionality to leave comments and attach documents to each row within SmartSheet make it a breeze to keep everything in one place and your team organized. The parent child rows also make it a breeze to create drop downs allowing for very robust trackers and project plans. I also like the automation functions that can deploy emails when specific criteria is met, and can even connect to Slack for more real time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of SmartSheet is having to be an admin of the sheet to add columns or change a column's properties. This is super minor, but sometimes creates roadblocks having to wait for the sheet admin to update permissions. You also have to have a specific SmartSheet license level to be able to create sheets. This can add up costs for your organization depending on how many people will be collaborating in SmartSheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SmartSheet for many trackers including QA for processes, keeping track of booked media placements, and even tracking progress of implementing strategic projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm genuinely impressed by the automation capabilities that Smartsheet offers. It allows me to streamline and expedite various tasks, such as setting reminders and establishing workflows. Ultimately, this feature saves me valuable time and allows me to focus on more important matters.

While Smartsheet does provide a range of templates, customization options are somewhat limited. This can make it difficult to create documents with specific layouts or designs. It would be beneficial to have access to a wider selection of options and the ability to customize them according to individual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Smartsheet has greatly enhanced my project management skills. This platform allows me to create streamlined workflows, set timely reminders, and collaborate seamlessly with my team in real-time. As a result, we are able to operate more efficiently and maintain a high level of organization.
