Great tool that can assist you to managed your daily tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity to managed your task and employee tasks. have a large picture about deparment taks that can be distributed effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to record information in one place that then feed into reports and dashboards live. This has been invaluable for reporting and project management in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I've found Smartsheet great to use, others I know find it harder compared to other platforms. Needing a paid license is also not ideal, when your organisation does not have the budget for it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having really clear project plans, and dashboards. In particular, having dashboards for different audiences that all update from one sheet. It has made reporting quick and easy.
Effective software to facilitate project management.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an online spreadsheet that can be shared with numerous users who may use it concurrently and interactively. It's easy to learn how to use; it's great for keeping firm information that has to be accessible and modified by various people; and I enjoy the automated features. Smartsheet encourages collaboration by offering real-time updates and notifications; different team members may work on the same sheet at the same time, making it simple to exchange information, debate projects, and provide feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've lost work several times because I forgot to save manually, which I recognize is "my" fault, but I believe an auto-save tool is a requirement. While Smartsheet provides spreadsheet-like capabilities, formatting possibilities are restricted when compared to specialist spreadsheet software. It lacks extensive formatting options and modifications that applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Smartsheet to track and manage numerous projects; several users may access records at the same time, rather than a single user at a time, using the program. It aids in the resolution of problems when my firm collaborates and works together; it is beneficial when someone may alter a page and I see the change instantly without saving or loading it. Smartsheet has automation tools that allow team members to automate processes, notifications, and reminders based on certain elements or situations, saving time and eliminating human effort, as well as set due dates and access them at any time. many approaches (Grid/Gantchart).
Effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy and quick to use. Its automation around dependencies is particularly useful, making the critical path for a project and the associated deadlines clear. If anything changes (i.e. a particular task needs to be delayed), Smartsheet also makes it very easy to update a timeline and see the flow-on effects of that change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Smartsheet doesn't allow me to enter titles that are as long as I want, meaning that I have to abbreviate certain words or cut things out. That's the only thing I can think of that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy to create and share project timelines, update them if things change, and keep track of our high-level progress through the project's work.

Enterprises can use Smartsheet as a centralized respository for project related document and fies. Smartsheet maintains detailed collaboration history allowing to track changes and view timeline of project activities. We can customize smartsheet to align with specific workflows requirements custom templates, automations, formula allow us to adapt the platform to their unique processes. We can efficiently manage and allocate resources using smartsheet. Resource management has features like balancing workloads and optimize resource allocation for various projects and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet document management capabilities are not as comprehensive as those offered by dedicated document management platforms, which can be drawback for those who heavily on document collaboration and version control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to access all data under one centralized hub for organizing and managing data. You can create databases, track inventory, manage contacts and maintain records, improving data accuracy and accessibility which is real time saver for enterprise.
SmartSheet is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different functions you are able to do with SmartSheet. Working in events we are able to keep all of our events organized and with important information regarding each event.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been anything I dislike about SmartSheet. I love that I am able to access it from anywhere. I love the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheet has given us the ability for our team to make changes in real-time, keep all of our calendars up-to-date and current, be able to manage our projects or personal tasks.
Simple yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is going to be familiar to office product suite users, with a bunch of features that allow extensibility beyond standard. It can be used for simple use cases, or flex to much more complex depending the organizaiton or project. There is also a fair amount of content to skill up on the Smartsheet product, including the certification courses that are structured to promote awareness of product features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area of opportunity would be to include more object-oriented project timelines that allow drag-and-drop sequencing of milestones and ability to adjust dependencies visually by draging depency lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Smartsheet for Project/Program management allows flexibility and a fairly intuitive user interface. The ability to build templates for similar project types and then easily adjust for the specific scope is a significant benefit.
Smartsheet Provides Collaborative Insight that my Company Relies on to Thrive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative nature of Smartsheet. The teams that I work with rely on being able to identify real time changes to data and deadlines. Smartsheet gives them the insight that they need for individual projects as well as the ability to craft their own cumulative reports and analysis for all open projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet isn't very intuitive. There are so many great capabilities built in that it can be hard for someone to pick up the software and just run with it. However, with training, people seem to catch on quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us to solve inefficiencies in our scheduling and planning for projects. There are some long projects that require input and collaboration from multile teams and departments. Without Smartsheet, there would constantly be silos of work that lack visibility to interfacing teams.

it helps me plan, track and maintain my reports and projects. I can share it to everyone involved within the project which makes it easier for them to keep track their assigned task

lack of real time data updates, sometimes a autosave problem. it takes time for me to be comfortable to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me track, plan and manage my projects. It is also easy to access as it is in the cloud.I can share it to everyone who is involved in the project. Yes, company performance greatly increase because of these features.
Smartsheet is very intuitive for basic task tracking and assignment capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is very intuitive and user friendly. For those with excel experience, it's easy. Dashboarding and cross-sheet task linking is very helpful. Much more intuitive that Project or Wrike in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely helpful to have a back-in date feature. Meanin, if I have dask durations, predecessors, and a target launch/completion date, it would be helpful for all my task dates to be generated automatically without complex functions or using negative lag. I don't always want to work from a start date. It would be helpful to see when I need to start by already having an end date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability to create template project plans for use on cyclical releases. It's super helpful to be able to hand off the work to new team members without having to hold their hand through the process.
