What do you like best about the product?
Forms & Trackers. Dashboards. Live updates. Admin sharing and permission controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app. You cannot open saved documents. Only in the browser version you can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholders are located in different offices/cities. So this keeps all information in one place. You can track who is logged in, and who makes edits. And who can make edits as well.
Wonderful Tool for Program Management
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly. I like the live collaborations/communications. No matter how much data I add to my sheets, they never crash. This is big!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that is not working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important factor for me is that Smartsheet is not crushing like excel. I love the fact that it can handle a lot of data and it doesn't slow down.
Good application to work with a team on spreadsheets. However, limited functionality.

I like that smartsheet allows teams to work together on sheets that are hosted online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I always have to sync the sheets before changes from other users are visible. It would be great to have an indicator that tells me "Hey, there are changes that have not been applied to the version you are currently looking at."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allows easily to share data and documents with colleagues and clients via spreadsheets. It is easy to share permissions for exclusive access to data that is only meant for certain clients or departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets streamline the data we collect for deals and allows us to view it in a variety of ways. It is extremely user friendly. We like to create a dashboard in Smartsheets during out pitches to clients. A few people from other states and regions can add information and we can view it inreal tie. It is much better than excel in that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some much I really like about Smartsheets that is difficult to find something I do not like. If I had to pick something, it would be how the column names are formatted. I think they could be visually better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to track all the data we need to collect for clients about properties and it helps us to work with a lot of different people. Smartsheets benifits us in that it is something we can all view and update in realtime. We have a lot of datat to keep track of and we can also view it various ways.
Smartsheet is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Smartsheet is its versatility and shareability. We use the automation of Smartsheet within our collaborative HR Processes to really speed up the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a very much I do not like about Smartsheet. If anything, it offers so powerful that it is easy to get lost within all of the features. The company tries to mitigate this with multiple, varied trainings and online support staff that is always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very detailed approval process. The automation options greatly reduces errors and delays in approval routing. This has increased the speed at which we operate.
Easy to use and a great tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to personalise the plans/reports etc to your requirements. The messaging functionality to remind people or prompt stakeholders is really useful. I also love the dashboards that can be created using information from various spreadsheets. All the functionality make it the best project management tool. Much better than others on the market that i've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails smartsheets sends out could do with a little extra work. The auto emails should have a rule to stop going to yourself if you've updated it yourself. The emails you can send to prompt people could also be a little more aesthetically pleasing as it's difficult to see the personalised message I have written in the midst of the standard email. It also looks a little like a marketing email rather than a query or request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to send related dashboards to different boards and meetings and also share project plans and action logs to multiple stakeholders - both internal and external.

It's like Excel but better! The reporting is fantactic and the user interface is lovely and easy to pick up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great! If I was being picky, I'd like the formulas to work more like Excel but I can manage!

Smartsheet makes if easy for me to check on the progress of a project at a glance. It also makes it easy for me to display progress to colleagues and interested parties.

Smartsheet is simple to use and very intuitive. Smartsheet makes great templates available to get you started. Repeat activities, alerts and notifications, all will helkp keep your projects on track.

Smartsheet requires that you purchase 3 Admin accounts. For a small company, I think a little more flexibility would help get companies started with Smartsheet.

Smartsheet is our Project and Program Management solution. If it wasn't for Smartsheet, collaboration on projects and programs would be more difficult. The templates also help get us started.

Finding specific information in Smartsheet reports can sometimes be challenging. The process of navigating through the reports may not always be straightforward, and there are certain limitations when it comes to customizing or modifying them.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Smartsheet with tools like Slack has dramatically improved our work efficiency. It eliminates the need to switch between multiple applications, we can accomplish more in less time. This seamless integration has streamlined our workflow and allowed us to focus on our tasks without any unnecessary disruptions.

Some team members faced challenges when using Smartsheet because they were more familiar with simpler tools. To help them adapt to the platform, offering training sessions that focus on specific features would be beneficial.

The automation capabilities of Smartsheet have significantly diminished the necessity for manual tasks in our workflow. Through features such as automatic update requests and scheduled reports, it guarantees timely completion of all tasks, thereby reducing errors and any potential delays in our projects.
