Positive Workplace Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is really easy to use and adjust to our needs. It helps so much with organization, and it updates in real time which is super helpful. I love how easy it is to link websites and to organize information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could link documents easily to the cells. As far as I am aware that is not currently possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to collaborate with our colleagues on the status of certain elements of a project. Additionally, we keep information stored in the smartsheet to look back on after we finish the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of the sheets. It is great for project management, organization, and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are not very intuitive and the UI seems cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They our solving how my team tracks tasks within a project. This greatly benefits how efficient our team works through tasks and completes projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Project Manager. I created and shared reports so the company could track the progress of my projects. I also created dashboards so they could see the status of all projects. Now everyone is happy with the information exchange.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't make changes to a single sheet simultaneously. When someone makes a change to a sheet I'm working on, I have trouble saving my work. I have to refresh the page to see the part they've changed.

Smartsheet provides information, work tracking, and collaboration capabilities for a team monitoring multiple projects.

Smart sheet has plenty templates from which any project of any nature can tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to figure out the interface and how to edit a template if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Smartsheet's cost adds up quickly, and its advanced features have a steep learning curve. The spreadsheet interface can feel rigid, and large sheets often suffer from noticeable performance lag, which frustrates users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet replaces our chaotic spreadsheets and emails, creating a single source of truth that provides real-time visibility, automates workflows, and ensures projects finish on time, saving us significant time and reducing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, and Ive used smartsheet for a new job that I started, and so far, Ive gained lots of experience and advanced skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking up old charts and trying to find new chart data ti implement within our tasks is the only issue I've had while using Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Things that relate to data storage and documentation, I would say it benefits me that I can store and adjust to lots of company data.e
Smartsheet takes interactive spreadsheet sharing and communication to another level.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create reports and communication/reminder automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the complexity of creating/using formulas, but this could be my lack of understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet's ability to send automated emails to our partners, including form requests to populate our sheets, has proven to be extremely time-saving and efficient. Additionally, we can schedule or trigger communications to partners depending on changes/additions to our sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Forms can be designed with cascading menus allowing data validation for each entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes are sometimes made without prior communication. For instance, forms used to reset back to the first line after submission. Now, the form resets, but stays scrolled to the last line above the submit button. This confuses people who are used to always seeing the first line.

Data collection using easy to follow forms.

Smartsheet offers a variety of useful features, but the one I appreciate most is the ability to filter a grid.

Overall, I am satisfied with Smartsheet. However, if there is one area that could use improvement, it would be their customer service.
