Great Tool for staying organized and it made my teamwork way easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been such a game-changer for me and my team. It is super easy to use, but way more powerful that a regular spreadsheet program. I love that I can set up different sheets to fit exactly what my team and I need. The reminders/notifications keep us on track. It is also awesome for teamwork - everyone can update their information in real time, so we are always on the same page with each other. We no longer have to keep up with endless email threads to figure out who has the most current information. It makes staying organized so much easier and I definitely recommend it if you want something simple yet effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that it took us a little time to get everything put into it and get used to all the features, but once we did, it was great!

Reporting - makes it easier to pull statistics and status of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps a log about everything we put in, and we could go and check ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Smartsheet i like how it keeps track of all records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That i don't have to be writing everything down in a piece of paper it keeps all our records without having a lot of papers laying around.
I like Smartsheet because I see it as an improved Excel!! 2.0

It is very helpful but it does require a lot of up front learning to make it effective.
What do you like best about the product?
how cohesive it is. having forms/sheets that feed into others makes it an easy one stop shop
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to learn how effective it could be because there are so many features that go unnoticed unless formal training is provided, and even then it requires a fair bit of trial and error to determine what the best route is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us cut down on how many places we need to input the same information. It is also helping us track who is in charge of what phase of project life.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative environment allows users to work simultaneously, which facilitates real-time cooperation. Additionally, it features automation tools and workflows that optimize processes. It offers various views that adapt to the different needs of each project, providing flexibility and versatility in management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high. The new subscription model eliminates the collaborative environment, which was an essential feature for our company. Another limitation is the ability to make bulk changes to the access permissions of the sheets.

Smartsheet helps us in tracking and controlling projects, as its collaboration and workflow automation features allow for efficient work and make it easy for the entire team to observe progress.

Since we manage multiple projects with various deadlines, this tool helps us keep track of everything and facilitates communication between the different teams involved at each stage of the process.
Smartsheet is Very Useful and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The Cross-Sheet reference function is extremely useful and has become an essential part of our daily processes. It always works in the background and is seamless when implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, loading sheets that contain a large amount of data can be very slow, occasionally taking up to a minute to fully open. This slowdown becomes even more noticeable when the sheet includes numerous references and automations running in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet serves as a collaborative, Excel-like platform for our company, delivering a broad array of features. In fact, it offers even more options than Excel itself.

Monitor employee lifecycle events, such as hire dates and upcoming review schedules, improving HR coordination.
Manage grant budgets and timesheet hours, giving us real-time insights into resource usage and ensuring compliance with grant funding limits.
(Soon) Track vehicle maintenance schedules, which will help us proactively manage our assets and reduce downtime.

Wonderful experience, very collaborative and smooth for creating processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaboration features, especially being able to share sheets, dashboards, and reports with my team members. I've supported several departments by helping them create processes that enhance their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cell/row capacity can be a limiting factor sometimes. With bigger sheets, it really slows down when you open it in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses the limitations I encountered when using Excel, particularly regarding sharing and collaboration. Now, I can work with my team members in real time and instantly send updates to sheets and reports.
